This stunning full-floor loft in a historic pre-war building, dating back to 1860, is located in the heart of the vibrant Tribeca neighborhood. Designed by Laseu Studio, the open-plan living area boasts towering ceilings and ample south-facing windows, offering a bright and inviting space for a family. The design team seamlessly blends natural materials and rich textures to contrast the building's classic monochromatic architecture.

厨房是客厅的延伸，已经更新了浅色的抛光橱柜和令人惊叹的Carrara大理石柜台，与客厅的壁炉壁炉架相辅相成。由设计团队精心策划的家具，以定制的橡木单板为特色，表面有轻微的陶瓷处理，与标志性的和俏皮的装饰搭配，创造了一个温暖和温馨的氛围。

The kitchen, an extension of the living room, has been updated with lighter-colored refinished cabinets and stunning Carrara marble counters, complementing the living room fireplace mantle. The furniture, carefully curated by the design team, features custom-made oak veneer pieces with a lightly cerused finish, paired with iconic and playful accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
