Nestled in Tribeca, 12 Warren is a new residential development that reflects the rich architectural tradition of Tribeca loft buildings. The façade is composed of bluestone quarried in the Catskill region of upstate New York that has been artfully composed, arranged and layered by developer, design architect, and builder DDG. This thoughtful craftsmanship results in a building that is modern with classic details. Exposed interior concrete elements, as well as bluestone vanities and finishes in the residences complement the handcrafted stonework throughout the building. Landscaping is integrated into the façade to enhance its connection to natural materials.

This timeless building consists of 13 luxury condominiums including townhouses, full-floor and half-floor residences that are anticipated to be LEED certified for their environmental sustainability features. The majority of residences offer private direct elevator entry and private exterior spaces. Residences on the upper floors offer views of the Hudson River to the west and the Brooklyn Bridge to the east. All residences feature up to 7’ tall windows allowing for abundant natural light and views of Tribeca.
