东河精酿 · 杭州黄龙店 / 杭州观堂设计

东河创立于2018年的杭州，是一个立足杭州本地的精酿厂牌，致力于酿造新鲜、好喝、不贵的啤酒。2018年至今，东河共酿造啤酒一百多种，积极与咖啡馆、汉堡店、鸡尾酒吧及其他酿厂合酿，与本地社区紧密相连；从未间断播放浙江绿城比赛，并在比赛日给予所有绿城球迷首杯优惠。东河身体力行的实现着“为本地酿造，Brew for Local”的经营理念。

Founded in 2018 in Hangzhou, East River is a local craft brewing brand dedicated to brewing fresh, tasty and inexpensive beer. Since 2018, East River has brewed more than 100 kinds of beers, actively brewing with cafes, burger restaurants, cocktail bars and other breweries, and closely connecting with the local community; Zhejiang Greentown football games have been broadcast continuously, and all Greentown fans are given the first cup discount on match days. East River implements the business philosophy of “Brew for Local”.

前店后厂，直接酿酒 Shop infront, factory behind – brewing directly

没有什么比酿出一杯好酒更让人兴奋的了。东河从第一家店内的50升家酿设备开始，五年以来产量不断增长，原来的酿造设备已不能满足酿造需求。于是，新店开到了黄龙体育场 — 绿城球迷的主场，一个自由、不扰民，可以放声大笑、大口喝酒、大块吃肉的辽阔之地。

There’s nothing more exciting than making a good glass of wine. East River started with 50 liters of home brewing equipment in the first store, and production has grown over the past five years, and the original brewing equipment can no longer meet the brewing demand. So, the new store opened to the Huanglong Sports Centre – the home of the Green Town fans, a vast place with no-disturbing, free laughing, drinking and eating.

黄龙店面积490平米，比以往大很多，新增酿造酒厂和厨房功能。勘测现场时就决定把沿广场的立面最大化给到客区，靠近内部的室内给到酿造和厨房，从而形成前店后厂的格局。

The Huanglong store covers an area of 490 square meters, which is much larger than before, and the new brewery and kitchen functions are added. When surveying the site, it was decided to maximize the facade along the square to the guest area, and the inside part will be offered to the brewing and kitchen, thus forming a pattern of front shop and back factory.

用材质去表达 Express with material

可以承载时间痕迹的材质弥足珍贵，空间中流淌过的故事和来往的人们会被默默记录并持续散发力量。在东河，混凝土、铁和风化木是他强烈而鲜明的语言。

Materials that can carry traces of time are precious, and the stories and people flowing through the space will be silently recorded and continue to radiate power. In East River, concrete, iron and weathered wood are his strong and vivid language.

店内放眼所见的大体块如墙面、地面和吧台，都采用现浇混凝土的工艺手法，线条笔直，立面平整，素雅冷静。而人类皮肤会触碰到的区域则选用木质柔化，如吧台台面，特意选择被风化过的天然实木，用以中和混凝土和铁的硬朗。

The general blocks in the store, such as the wall, the floor and the bar, are cast in situ concrete techniques, straight lines, flat facades, simple and calm. Soft wood is chosen for the areas that human skin will touch, such as the counter top, which is deliberately selected to be weathered natural solid wood to neutralize the hardness of concrete and iron.

铁的氧化过程非常美，利用涂抹清漆、用酸腐蚀等做法最大限度地延长其氧化过程，让每日往来的人们真切的感知材质在岁月中的变化。

The oxidation process of iron is very beautiful, and the use of varnish, acid corrosion and other practices to maximize the oxidation process, so that people who travel daily can truly perceive the changes in the material over the years.

坚持设置残障通道的东河 Insist on disabled access to the East River

东河格外关注“人”本身，尤其强调残障人士也需要平等的享受酒文化。所以，即便是在空间有限的酒吧入口处，未老板也坚持设置残疾人坡道；用客区折叠门窗完全打开时，必须确保有无障碍坡道可以进出店铺；卫生间更是设置了残障人士的专属区域，时刻将人文关怀进行到底。

East River pays special attention to “people”, especially emphasizing that people with disabilities also need to enjoy wine culture equally. Therefore, even at the entrance of the bar with limited space, the owner insisted on setting up a handicapped ramp. When the folding doors and windows in the guest area are fully opened, there’s also a barrier-free ramp for disabled to enter and exit the shop; The bathroom also sets up an exclusive area for the disabled, always carry out humanistic care.

一般而言，酒吧的卫生间往往是重灾区，酒后的人性袒露无遗。但东河老店开业5年以来，卫生间一如既往地干净整洁。黄龙店的卫生间在保持优秀传统同时，又萌生出超前新概念：

Generally speaking, the bathroom of a bar is always the hardest area as the human nature of the drinkers is exposed totally at the time. But in the five years since the old East River store opened, the bathrooms are as clean and tidy as ever. While maintaining the excellent tradition from the old shop, this new Huanglong store also spits out advanced new concepts as below:

其一：男女平等！ 按常规思路，女生如厕慢，大量饮酒后尤其，因而商业空间男女卫生间比例往往设置为1:2。然而未老板坚持“男女平等”，所有卫生间统统设置为男女通用，尿频尿急，无论性别，都老老实实门口排队。于是，几轮饮酒后，常常可以看见若干男女在卫生间门口扎堆，边跺脚憋尿边跟陌生等厕的人尬聊，此时真能深刻体会“男女平等”。

其二：墙面随意留言！ 鉴于人类在微醺时往往最为真实，最愿吐露心声，东河贴心的为客人在 卫-生-间 里准备了彩笔和留言板，没错，墙面就是留言板。所以，进入东河卫生间，你可以边如厕边拜读，个个都是有趣的灵魂。

从未停止关怀 Never stops caring

东河自始至终追求人文关怀，除却上述提及的残障通道、男女平等、厕所留言板，东河在日常中也持续输出“关怀”。

East River has always pursued humanistic care, in addition to the above mentioned disabled access, gender equality, toilet message board, East River also continues to output “care” in daily life.

YQ最严重的时期，东河把消毒酒精罐装，免费发放给杭州一百多户家庭；在没有任何营业收入的情况下、保障了员工最低工资的正常发放；每年三月最后一个星期六的晚上20:30，东河都会举办“地球一小时”关灯活动，并将活动营业额捐出，用具有仪式感的熄灯动作呼吁大家保护地球环境。

During the most severe period of COVID-19, the East River distributed sterilized alcohol cans to more than 100 families in Hangzhou for free; In the absence of any business income, ensure the normal payment of the minimum wage of employees; At 20:30 p.m. on the last Saturday of March every year, the East River will hold the “Earth Hour” lights off activity, and donate the turnover of the activity to call for everyone to protect the earth environment with a ceremonial light off action.
