佳园 J GARDEN 民宿餐厅丨中国上海丨朱云龙

设计说明：

这是一个关于旧房改造的项目，原建筑是一栋占地110~120㎡，10年前乡下自建的一栋3层楼房，自带一个加分院落，现规划在生态园内。投资者想改造成一个在当地比较有代表性的集休闲，改善型的民宿餐饮空间。为了将周边环境利用到极致，设计师使用大面积的落地玻璃让窗外的自然景观与空间融为一体，整幢建筑犹如一个向大海开放的空间，满足了人对自然与纯粹的向往，白色主基调外观与周边环境形成强烈对比，让人与远处夺目而来，在这样一个自由的空间中，感受时间的静止，享受唯美的意境。

在上海繁华都市的乡下，一种现代的生活方式渗入每一个细节中。设计师打开原来封闭的围墙和外墙，空间内尽可能将周围的田园景色收入眼底。1F功能区域的划分为散客休闲区，吧台餐厨与接待。庭院则做了一个下层式的就餐体验，通过交错铺设的汀步走道，来到庭院处，这里特别设置了户外派对区，白色拱形墙面为空间增加了亮点，在夜晚的灯光映衬下显得富有造型感。2F与3F则是接受预定的包厢，这里只接受高端客户的预约。3F房子原结构为斜面箭塔屋顶，形体没有整体统一，设计师通过置入盒子的概念，引入凸窗，不仅增设了休闲飘窗台，外观形体上更加立体有说服力。

艺术与自然都有治愈和启发的力量， 空间承载着生活的想象力， 而美的沉淀， 源于生活营造的延续性。穿越城市的重重藩篱，我们试图通过设计，与天空、大海、自然重新建立连接。这种稀缺性的场地也成为设计的关键所在，是美好的第一重昭示。

Design Notes:

This is a project about the renovation of old houses. The original building is a three-story building with an area of 110-120² square meters. It was built in the countryside 10 years ago. It comes with an extra courtyard and is now planned in an ecological park. The investor wants to transform it into a more representative local leisure and improved hotel dining space. In order to make the best use of the surrounding environment, the designer used a large area of floor-to-ceiling glass to integrate the natural landscape and space outside the window. The whole building is like a space open to the sea, satisfying people’s yearning for nature and purity. The appearance of the tone forms a strong contrast with the surrounding environment, which makes people dazzle from the distance. In such a free space, feel the stillness of time and enjoy the beautiful artistic conception.

In the countryside of the prosperous city of Shanghai, a modern lifestyle permeates every detail. The designer opened the originally enclosed enclosure and exterior walls to capture the surrounding pastoral scenery as much as possible in the space. The 1F functional area is divided into individual leisure area, bar counter restaurant and reception. The courtyard has a lower-level dining experience. Through the staggered walkways, you come to the courtyard. An outdoor party area is specially set up here. The white arched wall adds a bright spot to the space, which is reflected in the night lights. Full of style. 2F and 3F are reserved boxes. Only high-end customers' reservations are accepted here. The original structure of the 3F house is a sloping arrow tower roof, and the shape is not unified. The designer introduced the bay window through the concept of placing a box, which not only added a leisure bay window sill, but also has a more three-dimensional and convincing appearance.
