百年上海滩，多少故事在此上演又谢幕，沉淀及传承。参天的法国梧桐掩映着时光里的繁华，一抹化不开的怀旧呼之欲出。融入馥郁生活体验，满足多元颐享需求，臻颐 1333 沉浸于在白玉兰的幽雅香调，彷佛为来者打开一扇穿越时空之门，就回到了斑斓而典雅的老上海，以吴侬软语的符号印记为索引，将蕴涵着浓浓沪韵的故事娓娓道来。

Over the course of a century, many stories have been staged and concluded here on the Shanghai Bund, settling and inheriting. The towering wutong trees of France are setting off the prosperity of time, and the lingering nostalgia is just around the corner. Integrating a rich lifestyle experience and meeting diverse enjoyment needs, Zhen Yi 1333 immerses itself in the elegant fragrance of Magnolia, as if opening a door to travel through time and space for visitors, returning to the colorful and elegant old Shanghai. Using the symbolic imprints of Wu Nong’s soft language as an index, it tells a story with a strong Shanghai charm.

宏阔视角下，新旧并置和多元重叠，是魔都上海由古及今的文脉底色；若精微入里，见多识广和精致体面，则是刻进了上海人骨子里的性格基因。时光淬炼而来的腔调文化，根植于魔都贯穿百年历史的高度商业文明，世界文化体系被完整地投射在市井空间和生活方式相融合的优雅日常中。

From a broad perspective, the juxtaposition of old and new, as well as the diversity and overlap, are the cultural background of Shanghai, the capital of magic, from ancient times to the present. If refined and refined, knowledgeable and refined, it is engraved into the personality genes of Shanghai people. The tone culture refined by time is rooted in the highly commercial civilization that has been running through the history of the Magic City for a hundred years. The world cultural system is fully projected into the elegant daily life that integrates the urban space and lifestyle.

张爱玲说过：“洋房是最合理想的逃世地方”。这一矗立岁月中的意象符号，已成为生活的载体和情结的隐喻。此次空间之旅的层次与功能指向，起始于「私属宅邸」般尊贵的仪式和秩序性，与所处世界级金融中心的古典主义建筑形制相呼应，稀缺的文化内核牵引场域的臻雅美学。

Zhang Ailing once said, "Western style houses are the most ideal escape place." This image symbol that stands tall in the years has become a carrier of life and a metaphor for emotions. The hierarchy and functional orientation of this spatial journey began with the esteemed ceremony and orderliness of a private mansion, echoing the classical architectural form of the world-class financial center it is located in. The scarce cultural core drives the refined aesthetics of the field.

踏入接待前厅，暖棕色的主调连同微暗薄明的光环境，氤氲而出胶片电影质感的复古意味，穿越时间甬道的沉浸式场景就此徐徐铺展。前厅中布设形态柔美的海浪艺术装置，用艺术语言点出空间的精神内核，写就东方风雅。

Stepping into the reception lobby, the warm brown main tone combined with a slightly dim and light environment exudes a retro feel of film quality, and the immersive scene of crossing the passage of time slowly unfolds. A soft and beautiful wave art installation is set up in the front hall, using artistic language to highlight the spiritual core of the space and depict the elegance of the East.

如此，承载着文化的轻舟，就像从黄浦江边缓缓行驶而来，停泊在此处。过去的复古典雅与当下的现代设计共处一室，缔造自成一派的栖居空间。

In this way, a light boat carrying culture is like slowly sailing from the Huangpu River and anchored here. The retro elegance of the past coexists with modern design, creating a unique living space.

萨迪奇在《城市的语言》中写到：“当一个城市真正呈现出充满戏剧性变化的新形式时，能在何种程度上保持原有的精髓，才是衡量它成功与否的标准。”设计以探索高品质的未来人居为中心准则，从“当地人”的视角隐现生活之脉，整体至细节皆吐露着“老克勒”式的精致讲究与不俗品位，并由此延展出适配当代功能需求的产品系统，将人文印记与精神归属酝酿汇集于颐年生活的复合场景中。

The design is centered on exploring high-quality future living, and from the perspective of the "locals," the pulse of life is hidden. The overall and detailed aspects all express the "Old Kler" style exquisite attention and tasteful taste, and thus, a product system that adapts to contemporary functional needs is extended, bringing together humanistic imprints and spiritual belonging in the complex scene of summer life.

源自弄堂民居中天井的概念沿用于豁然疏朗的中轴大厅，空间灯光通过智能化科技适度模拟自然光谱，结合不同材质、线条、造型的精密调节，营造多维度全生命周期的生活体验与服务。

The concept originated from the courtyard in alleyways and residential buildings, which is used along the spacious central axis hall. The spatial lighting uses intelligent technology to moderately simulate natural spectra, combined with precise adjustments of different materials, lines, and shapes, to create a multi-dimensional life cycle experience and service.

在承载社交属性的会客厅，围绕厅堂两侧的柱廊与门扇形成精微雅致的空间界面，步移景异之间，偱引平和幽静的感官氛围。

In the reception hall that carries social attributes, a subtle and elegant spatial interface is formed around the colonnades and door leaves on both sides of the hall, moving between different scenery, creating a peaceful and tranquil sensory atmosphere.

纵深的动线主轴串联微尺度的“百业风华”，循序铺展品牌展示、手工作坊、影音画廊、身心康养等多元主题构成，将隐喻的「空间符号」化作一个个永不褪色的文化 IP。

The vertical axis of the movement connects the micro scale "Hundred Industry Splendor", gradually spreading various themes such as brand display, handicraft workshops, audio-visual galleries, and physical and mental health, transforming metaphorical "spatial symbols" into timeless cultural IPs.

世界正在普遍进入老龄化，而上海是中国最早进入老龄化的超大型城市。正如新与旧从来不是泾渭分明，而是杂糅共生；不同年龄层次的群体生态，亦构成正向永续的“人类生命共同体”。

贯通性的视野轴线穿插软性的景别分界，回应东方造园式的传统智慧并预留可变的未来适用性，结合硬件细节上的人性化处理、尺度关系和康复功能配置。

The penetrating visual axis interweaves with soft landscape boundaries, responding to the traditional wisdom of Eastern gardening and reserving variable future applicability, combined with humanized hardware details, scale relationships, and rehabilitation function configurations.

夹杂着时间痕迹的质感材料、以科技为底盘的健康智能系统、以及契合长者身心节律的氛围力把控，于温润无形的视觉转换和符号转译中充当适老化的媒介，去考量设计的价值尺度和审美阈值，也在关乎空间与时间、精神与生命的本质维度，塑造真正根植于东方文脉、进而在全球语境具有普适性的当代生活方式。

Texture materials mixed with time traces, health intelligent systems based on technology, and atmosphere control that conforms to the physical and mental rhythms of the elderly serve as a medium for aging in the warm and intangible visual transformation and symbol translation, considering the value scale and aesthetic threshold of design, as well as the essential dimensions related to space and time, spirit and life, shaping a truly rooted Eastern context A contemporary way of life that is universally applicable in the global context.
