老和山，位于西湖风景区北缘。旧时山头光秃，似如老和尚的脑袋，故曰老和山。这一说法略带谐趣，已无从考证，而今老和山草木葱茏，山峦叠嶂，富有飘渺云起之势。杭州公共交通车辆维修报修调度中心恰巧位于老和山谷底山脚，满山青绿，一览无遗，流风微徐，自显快哉。

Laohe Mountain, located in the north edge of the West Lake scenic area. In the old days, the top of the mountain was bare, like the head of an old monk, so it was called old and mountain. This statement is slightly humorous, has been unable to verify, and now the old and mountains verdant, mountains, rich misty cloud rise. 优越的自然环境，便捷的交通区位，为建筑提供了特有的性格。杭州公共交通车辆维修报修调度中心总建筑面积28032.4㎡，设计最大限度地利用山景，在保证办公建筑高效运作的同时，为其注入一份悠然惬意。调度中心摒弃庞大敦实的体量，消解为层层的流线形态，与山势相得益彰，形成自由的诗意韵律，实现空间全方位的绿意再造。

The excellent natural environment and convenient traffic location provide a unique character for the building. Hangzhou public transport vehicle maintenance and repair dispatch center with a total construction area of 28032.4 square meters, designed to maximize the use of mountain scenery, while ensuring the efficient operation of office buildings, to inject a leisurely and comfortable. The dispatching center abandons the large and solid volume, dissolves into layers of streamline form, complements the mountain landscape, forms a free poetic rhythm, and realizes the all-round green reconstruction of space.

无处不在的自然 NATURE IS EVERYWHERE

杭州公共交通车辆维修报修调度中心南至西溪路，北面天目山医院，邻近西溪湿地。由基地向南仰观老和山，可同时看到数座山峦奇峰，举目秀美。建筑作为自然的容器，置“石”理景，点缀于场地，营造林间办公，四时相宜的公共情境。

From the base to the south looking up the old and mountain, you can see several mountains and peaks at the same time, looking up the beautiful. As a natural container, the building places “stone” landscaping and embellishes the site to create an office in the forest and a public situation suitable for four hours.

建筑主体功能由公共交通车辆维修报修、调度中心及停车、配套管理用房组成，内部功能依据使用需求可灵活置换。其周边场地为弱功能性质的城市广场与景观绿地，链接山谷与建筑，城市与自然。建筑沿城市道路弧形舒展，使沿街界面最大化，与区域肌理有机结合。

The main function of the building is composed of public transport vehicle maintenance and repair, dispatching center, parking and supporting management rooms, and the internal function can be flexibly replaced according to the use needs. The surrounding site is a weakly functional urban square and landscape green space, linking the valley with the architecture, the city with the nature. The building stretches along the arc of the urban road to maximize the interface along the street and organically integrate with the regional texture.

南侧西溪路是建筑的山林界面，建筑沿其退让出城市广场，保证公共性活动与山谷视域的开阔性。同时，建筑东南侧布置阶梯花园，与医院相邻界面设置共享内院，各界面景观分区明确，便于各类人群识别分流。多景观布局的理念既满足城市道路沿街景观的视觉过渡，又最大限度地消除人与自然对话的空间隔阂。

Xixi Road in the south is the mountain forest interface of the building, along which the building recedes from the city square to ensure the openness of public activities and the view of the valley. At the same time, the ladder garden is arranged on the southeast side of the building, and the adjacent interface of the hospital is set up to share the inner courtyard, and the landscape partition of all walks of life is clear, so as to facilitate the identification and diversion of various groups of people. The concept of multi-landscape layout not only satisfies the visual transition of the landscape along the urban road, but also eliminates the space barrier of dialogue between man and nature to the maximum extent.

透过玻璃幕墙，远处的山景，近处的景观与内院，多层次的自然要素引入到室内，从而提供丰富的感知内容。室内办公环境因此与环境融为一体，好似山林环抱，形成了户内外的连续性氛围，与自然相映成趣。

Through the glass curtain wall, the distant mountain view, the nearby landscape and the inner courtyard, multi-level natural elements are introduced into the interior, thus providing rich perceptual content. The indoor office environment is thus integrated with the environment, as if surrounded by mountains and forests, forming a continuous atmosphere inside and outside, which is set off with nature.

游走间的诗意韵律 THE POETIC RHYTHM

为实现山景的游行体验，呈现移步易景视觉感受，建筑从流线形体量进一步发展，端部层层退台或层层出挑，形成充满韵律感的阶梯状序列。由远而观，犹如片片山石叠置谷间，北侧而望，又重塑老和山天际之势，化为介于人工与自然的媒介。

In order to realize the parade experience of mountain scenery and present the visual feeling of moving scenery, the building has further developed from the streamline shape, and the end has stepped back or stepped out layer by layer, forming a ladder sequence full of rhythm. Viewed from a distance, it is like the overlapping of mountains and rocks between the valleys, and viewed from the north side, and reshapes the potential of Lao He Mountain horizon, becoming a medium between artificial and natural.

考虑到北侧医院的日照要求，建筑体量在东侧采用退台手法；南侧沿街界面则悬挑手法，尽可能丰富景观界面的视角。悬挑和退台两种手法互融互生，为建筑带来倾斜动感的同时，成为西溪路一侧灵动的标志。设计采用现代的穿孔铝板与玻璃幕墙结合的方式创造灵动的空间，玻璃幕墙采用折板设计，侧面采用渐变穿孔铝板，内藏开启扇，保证外立面的完整性。

Considering the sunshine requirements of the hospital on the north side, the building volume adopts the retreating method on the east side. The south side of the street interface is cantilevered to enrich the perspective of the landscape interface as much as possible. The two methods of overhanging and backing are mutually integrated, bringing the tilting dynamics to the building and becoming a smart symbol of Xixi Road side. The design uses the combination of modern perforated aluminum plate and glass curtain wall to create a flexible space. The glass curtain wall adopts the folding plate design, the side adopts the gradual perforated aluminum plate, and the inner contains the opening fan to ensure the integrity of the facade.

叠置体量为室内构建变化的自然序列，在布局和结构形式等方面，提升建筑在生命周期内的功能可变性，为远期局部功能改造提供可能。在流线形式中游走，在游走间欣赏山景，形式便化为空间诗意韵律的象征。

The superimposed volume is a natural sequence of interior construction changes. In terms of layout and structural form, it improves the functional variability of the building during its life cycle and provides the possibility for local functional transformation in the long term. Walking in the streamline form and enjoying the mountain view between walks, the form becomes a symbol of the poetic rhythm of the space.

结语 SUMMARY

环绕办公空间的浓密绿意，互动式的观景呈现，在各个层次的流转漫步间，每个人都可以感到杭州公共交通车辆维修报修调度中心带来的自在与亲切。城市的形色路人，在与这座建筑的不期而遇间，能感受到城市的律动，能看到老和山的延伸，能触摸到诗意的气息。

The dense greenery surrounding the office space, the interactive view presentation, and the circulation walk at all levels, everyone can feel the ease and friendliness brought by the Hangzhou public transport vehicle maintenance and repair Dispatch Center. The city’s shape and color passers-by, in the unexpected encounter with this building, can feel the rhythm of the city, can see the extension of the old and mountain, can touch the poetic atmosphere.
