这个场地的先天条件非常优越，有一大面窗对着大海，映着天。此处挨着厦门城市名片--环岛路，能看到繁忙的大型货运轮船，远眺金门岛，将动、似动，将停、未停。风水和事物发展在很多时候都是互为因果的，此处的选址很是呼应资本投资公司的属性以及行业地位，契合的无比之好，景色只是刚巧着也美了。

The innate conditions of this venue are very superior, with a large window facing the sea, reflecting the sky. This is adjacent to Xiamen's city name card - Huandao Road, where you can see busy large freight ships and overlook Jinmen Island from afar, moving and seemingly moving, stopping and not stopping. Feng Shui and the development of things are often mutually causal, and the location here perfectly matches the attributes and industry status of capital investment companies. The scenery is just as beautiful as it happens.

很多事物的确是相对着的，动静是，距离是，时间是，当然连这写字楼的感受也是。挤压感是有的，毕竟外部都是相似的甬道，惯见的色调，而这样也更凸显出室内的不同来。

1000平方米的办公空间由海景会客厅，会议室，办公区三个部分组成。这是为了适应公司组织架构发展而设计的不同的空问区域，从而满足未来5年内公司发展对空间诉求上的预期需要。

The 880 square meter office space consists of three parts: a sea view lounge, a conference room, and an office area. This is a different spatial area designed to adapt to the development of the company's organizational structure, in order to meet the expected spatial demands of the company's development in the next 5 years.

栖于大地，心归自然

Residing on the earth, returning to nature in the heart

设计师以“水为心境”的空灵之境引入自然万象，借景抒情，起到空间秩序中的承上启下，通过物象与心境的合二为一，引导参观者渐渐地进入到简淡从容的自然境界，栖于大地，心归自然，让人体验真正的入则宁静，出则繁华。

Residing on the earth, returning to nature in the heart The design of the sea view living room introduces natural phenomena into the ethereal realm of "water as the mood", using the scenery to express emotions, serving as a link between the spatial order. Through the integration of objects and mood, visitors are gradually guided into a simple and calm natural realm, living on the earth and returning to nature, allowing them to experience true tranquility when entering and prosperity when leaving.

在空间顶部利用镜面材质反射，让空间有了延伸，交叠呼应，营造出了多维的视觉效果。同时打破对办公室的刻板印象，彻底颠餐了传统办公室单一使用性。把艺术融入简单的日常，是办公空间的灵魂所在。

The use of mirror material reflection at the top of the space extends and overlaps the space, creating a multi-dimensional visual effect. At the same time, it breaks the stereotype of the office, and the traditional single use of the office is replaced by street dining. Integrating art into simple daily life is the soul of office space.

城市会客厅

Urban Reception Hall

一半是山、一半是水，山水之城。山之虔，水之澈，居于城心，自然风景如同甘露般滋养心灵，给生命于心灵慰藉。洽谈区的设计，强调的‘聚’不止于聚，设计师希望营造一种幽、雅、闲的自然状态，让空间成为流动的艺术载体，空间隐藏着城市风景，最深层的逻辑就是探索空间体验的多重感观。

Half is mountains, half is water, a city of mountains and rivers. The mountain is devout, the water is clear, and living in the heart of the city, the natural scenery nourishes the soul like sweet dew, providing comfort to life and the soul. The design of the negotiation area emphasizes more than just gathering. The designer hopes to create a serene, elegant, and leisurely natural state, making the space a flowing artistic carrier. The space hides urban scenery, and the deepest logic is to explore the multiple senses of spatial experience.

常用办公区

TCommon office areas

办公区是使用频率最高的区城，设计原期是建立一种高效的开放式小公秋序，简洁干净而严谨；不再受办公桌限制，没有边界的形式可以鼓励员工们交流。

The office area is the most frequently used district, and the design was originally intended to establish an efficient and open small public autumn order, which is simple, clean, and strict; No longer limited by office desks, the form of boundaries can encourage employees to communicate.

结语

Epilogue

空间是流动的，人亦是。世界是日新月异的，人何尝不是？在流动中跃升，在变动里蜕变。于是，新生带来新生，茁壮孕育茁壮。这是空间的奥秘，是这世间的法则。
