本案位于重庆江北石马河，这个家的屋主是年轻的小姐姐，当生活的经历越来越丰富，她希望“梦想的家是可以释放压力，窝着不想动的地方，和父母享受亲子时光的地方。”

房子一共四层，设计师充分了解业主需求后，合理规划动线，通过挑空设计，创造了丰富有趣的动线，在硬装上采用极简的手法，搭配现代感的家具，利用材质和颜色打造一处静谧居所，让一家人互不干扰同时又存在共处的空间。

01挑空设计 宽敞通透

Spacious and transparent

负二层公共区域

负二层采光较差，与负一层之间做了挑高设计，引入良好光线。功能规划为门厅、入会客厅、客厅、鞋帽区、水吧区、储藏室等。

The negative second floor has poor lighting, and a raised design has been made between it and the negative first floor to introduce good lighting. The functional planning includes foyer, entrance living room, living room, shoe and hat area, water bar area, storage room, etc.

从入户进来，是这个家的公共区域，从西到东，一个贯穿很长的空间。开放式的布局，挑空设计，从上而下倾泻的光让空间更加灵动，木作、布艺不同的材质在这个家整洁有序的场景中保持着简洁纯粹。

Entering from the entrance is the public area of this home, running through a long space from west to east. The open layout, airy design, and pouring light from top to bottom make the space more dynamic. The different materials of wood and fabric maintain simplicity and purity in this clean and orderly scene of the home.

采光天井以最自然的方式呈现，将自然光从上而下倾洒如室内，如自然景观一般随时光流逝，独享室内的视觉盛宴！

The natural lighting courtyard is presented in the most natural way, pouring natural light from top to bottom like an indoor landscape, as time passes like a natural landscape, and enjoying the visual feast of the interior alone!

水吧台在松散舒适中保留一些接待的作用，选用岛台+长桌的设计，搭配无主灯设计，宽阔的空间，既保证实用性，又显得更加独立和挺拔。

The water bar retains some reception function in a loose and comfortable environment, adopting a design of island platform and long table, paired with a design without main lights. The spacious space ensures practicality while appearing more independent and upright.

02 利用空间 实用主义 More practical space 负一层阅读区域

负一层作为学习娱乐场所，功能规划为阅读室、儿童玩耍区。

The space is more practical. The negative floor serves as a learning and entertainment venue, with functional planning as a reading room and children’s play area.

03Open layout, clean and independent

一层公共区域

一层功能规划为门厅、餐厅、中西厨、卧室、卫生间等。

The functional planning of the first floor includes foyer, restaurant, Chinese and Western kitchens, bedroom, bathroom, etc.

开放式餐厨空间让整个空间流动起来，温润的木作一面梳理着餐厅的气质，一面又让厨房显得更加温馨，烹饪和吃饭这件事情变得开阔轻盈，并且极具互动性。

The open kitchen space allows the entire space to flow, and the warm wooden work not only combs the atmosphere of the restaurant, but also makes the kitchen appear more cozy. Cooking and eating become open, light, and highly interactive.

04 注重尺度 舒适温馨 Open layout, clean and independent 二层休憩区域

二层作为主要的休憩空间，利用尺度的优势规划为主卧、衣帽间、次卧、卫生间等。

The second floor, as the main recreational space, is planned with the advantage of scale as the master bedroom, dressing room, secondary bedroom, bathroom, etc.

主卧用悬挑的设计，利用体块的大小对比，制造出反差感极强的视觉张力，既保证空间的通透，又兼具设计感。

The bedroom features a cantilevered design with a powerful visual contrast effect, utilizing the contrast of body sizes to create a highly contrasting visual tension; Not only does it ensure transparency in the space, but it also has a sense of design!

延续空间基调，用木色与奶咖色营造温馨舒适的氛围。背景墙没有多余的装饰，只以木色制作出温润感，搭配灯带，让业主享受放松时刻。

Continuing the tone of the space, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere with wood and milky coffee colors. The background wall has no extra decoration, only made of wood to create a warm feeling, paired with light strips, allowing homeowners to enjoy a relaxing moment.

次卧自成一方静谧天地，床头用装饰画+绿植点缀，让整个空间更加有层次感，同时也为空间注入了一份高雅的氛围，让居住者体验变得更是舒适。

The second bedroom creates a peaceful world, with decorative paintings and green plants at the head of the bed, making the entire space more layered and injecting an elegant atmosphere, making the living experience more comfortable.

用红色浴缸的大胆操作，让卫生间更加跳脱，辅助人们放松休息或者是活力的一天开始。

The bold operation of using a red bathtub makes the bathroom more relaxed and helps people relax or start their day with vitality.
