The ultra-luxury seaside residential tower Elysee Miami, built by the well-known French interior design master Jean-Louis Deniot and Arquitectonica, has been completed in 2020. The architectural part of the project is a 197-meter high, 57-story glass tower with a thickness of 45,500 square meters. The tower was conceived by Arquitectonica’s Bernardo Fort-Brescia. Its design includes a "three-story facade" that will become larger, forming a bold telescopic outline, while maintaining its internal privacy, each residential unit can directly obtain a 180-degree view of the water and city.

The entrance lobby on the first floor of the building has a 16-foot high ceiling. Deniot will bring classic black and white marble and custom-designed mosaic patterns from the entrance into the interior. The collision of different colors creates a very imaginative and bold expression space.
