Archimatika：UNIT.Home is a part of UNIT.City Innovation Park in Kyiv, Ukraine. UNIT.City is transforming the abandoned territory of the former motorcycle factory into a completely new, modern, and efficient urban environment.

对我们来说，找到一种新的秩序，使结构清晰，同时又具有多样性，是一项创造性的挑战。

It was a creative challenge for us to find a new order in which the structure will be clear, but at the same time diverse.

Here, the grid of cells is not driven into a strict rhythm, it is lively and responds to both the internal function of the apartment and the external environment, landscape, general composition.
