花园别墅

Garden Villa 这个项目的概念融合了一幅完美的乡村生活图景：在莫斯科一个著名的郊区，有一块面积适中的土地，土地上有一个被成功保护下来的古老花园，还有一座方形的房屋，和谐地坐落在土地的周边。建筑外形的创意来自Akant建筑师事务所的创始人之一Fedor Arzamanov。

The concept of this project incorporates the picture of a perfect country life: a moderate sized strip of land in a prestigious Moscow suburb, well-settled, with an old garden, which was successfully preserved, and a square-shaped house, fitted harmoniously to the perimeter of the site. The idea of the architectural shape belongs to Fedor Arzamanov, one of the founders of the Akant Architects bureau.

建筑的主体部分有两层高，包含各种生活空间：起居室、餐厅、厨房和几间卧室。一条开放式长廊在温暖的季节用作夏季用餐区和烧烤区，它与一层楼高的侧楼相连，侧楼里有一个俄罗斯浴池、宽敞的娱乐室和技术室。这样，在建筑中心就形成了一个隐蔽的庭院。

The main part of the building is two stories high and contains various living spaces: a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and several bedrooms. An open gallery, that is used as a summer dining area and BBQ zone during the warm months, connects it with a one-storey wing, where a Russian bath with a spacious recreation room and technical rooms are situated. Thus, a hidden courtyard is formed in the center of the structure.

起居室的全景玻璃和通向草坪的自由入口将房屋和花园连成一个整体。室内设计师Maria Shubina和装饰设计师Anna Bolshova--认为和谐是项目的主导思想。这一理念体现在室内空间的造型上，以灰色和米色为主色调，以天然材料为主色调，以及建筑的外部造型和周围环境之间的联系。

Panoramic glazing in the living room and a free entrance to the lawn unites the house and garden into a single space. Interior design – Maria Shubina, architect, and Anna Bolshova, decorator – consider harmony as the leading idea of the project. This idea reigns over the shapes of the interior space with their calm, bourgeois color scheme of greys and beiges and with the predominance of natural materials as well as in the link between the outer shape of the building and its surroundings.

不过，花园别墅最吸引人的还是其轻盈的形象，但所有元素都考虑周全，将功能性与美观相结合，并配以可爱的装饰小细节。该项目完美地完成了永恒的风格，等待着音乐、孩子们的笑声、鲜花和新鲜出炉的面包的香味。

But the main attraction of the Garden Villa is the image of lightness yet careful thoughtfulness in all the elements, the combination of functionality and beauty, complete with cute little details of the décor. The project is perfect and finished in the timeless style, that waits to be filled with music, laughter of children and the smells of live flowers and freshly baked bread.
