DECK厦门百家村 / 宽品设计顾问

百家村是隐藏在城市高楼之中的 “风水宝地”，独特的村落气息吸引着时髦有趣的创意小店纷至沓来，商业氛围与生活烟火融汇交织，勾勒出独特而生动的画面。DECK于此着陆，期望通过从空间设计到产品的迭代创新，呈现一份对于老厦门传统元素的创新解读。

aijiacun, literally a hotchpotch of more than a hundred households, is a treasured land hidden amidst the towering skyscrapers in the city. The buzzing village ambiance attracts a flow of trendy and interesting boutiques; the commercial atmosphere intertwines with the vibrancy of everyday life, distinguishing a unique and lively scene. DECK landed right here to join in the creative interpretations of traditional Xiamen elements lost in time, through iterative innovation from space design to product development.

这栋历经了半个世纪繁华的小洋楼，改造前是被分隔成十多间小居室的群居老楼。设计师拆除了一道道隔断墙体，在那些被折叠的时间里，慢慢地勾勒出“当代闽南”的模样。

More than 50 years ebb and flow, this petit villa quietly standing, calmly witnessing.  Before the refurbishment, more than a dozen cells were crowdedly packed in this apartment building. The designer cracked down the partition walls, released lingering memories in the compressed time, and inch by inchoutlined the Minnan spirit in contemporary style.

建筑外观立面被重新梳理，红砖绿瓦的闽南意向以现代的平面构成手法融入，将过去与现代叠合重构。入口门廊之内，横铺着纳凉的条头石板，犹如回到阿公阿嬷话仙的家门口，走过路过，都欢迎你进门坐坐。

The exterior facade is redesigned to integrate the traditional Minnan architectural style. Green tiles pile on red bricks in a modern planar composition, signifying the past and present seamlessly piling one above the other in reconstruction. At the portico, cool flagstone pavement invites passers-by for a rest and chat, evoking a nostalgia of embracing the tittle-tattle at one’s grandparents’ doorstep.

推门而入，新置入一片通透的窗花纹样金属屏风关联着空间的内外边界，视觉的穿透与光影的变换调和了工业质感的严谨与直率，将传统闽南街巷的多元意向重构于内，在虚实之间，串联起过去与现在的多维感知体验。

Gently pushing open the door, you walk towards a transparent metal screen with a floral pattern, which communicates the interior and exterior spaces. The visual penetration and the interplay of light and shadow soften the edges of the rigor and bold industrial design, channeling within it the multifaceted intentions of the traditional Minnan alleys. Spanning the virtual and the real, it links the multidimensional perceptual experiences of the past and present.

六边形古早红砖铺满地面，层层刻画着四角拼花，从内到外或深或浅地印刻在砂岩质感的墙面上，再由二维到三维延续至天花，形成序列编码般动态立体的视觉错感。质感粗粝的原始梁柱裸露，既是结构也是“装置”，在交织中碰撞又融合，展示建筑构造的力量与衔接逻辑。

Looking down, intricate four-corner parquets sink in the floor covered with antique hexagonal red bricks. Parquets spread, etched into the sandstone-textured walls, extending from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, and in dynamism leaves a visual illusion.  Gritty concrete beams and columns are indifferently bare, which serve as both structure and “installation”. They collide and merge in the interwovenness, showcasing the primitive power and connection of the architectural construction.

沿狭窄的楼梯向上探索，空间细节在近距离的碰触中慢慢向外展开：砂岩质感的墙面与阵列排布的红色四角拼花形成视觉的延续；铁艺栏杆平衡着空间的硬朗，顶面裸露的混凝土梁柱结构以及金属管线提供了一种既有的真实；简洁而富于韵律的窗洞开口，老巷与绿植交织呈现，在一系列连贯的图像与感知体系中，将顶部、横梁、立面、楼梯等复杂性统一进空间序列，移形换影间堆叠多面感官的探索之欲。

形式语言是主体空间的统一和延续，在幽深围合的背景中，以暗哑的金属和复古的镜面材质搭配间接照明的渲染，引导视觉的秩序和知觉的连续，营造出充满内敛沉静与复古线条的几何美感。二层天花板上嵌入一块欧式花纹的烤漆木板，保留了原始建筑里的彩绘玻璃窗，成为闽南老宅的深沉空间背底。置入的构件、材质与场地相互融合与适应，虚实错落，为空间注入时间的层次感与视觉的趣味性。在折叠共振的时空场域中游走，保留传统烟火与在地情怀的同时，呈现着当代美学的优雅与新潮。

Formal language is the incessant whisper of the main space, a tell-tale of the unifying theme.  Against the deep and serene backdrop, mette metals and antique mirrors in the rendering of indirect lighting draw visual attention and retain perception in the serene order of antique aesthetics manifested in geometric contours. A European-patterned lacquered wooden panel is embedded in the second-floor ceiling to preserve the original stained-glass windows, enriching the eternal depth of this traditional Minnan residence. The inserted components, materials, and the site harmoniously resonate with each other, well-proportioning the virtual and the real and infusing the space with a sense of temporal depth and visual interest. DECK wanders in the multi-layered spatiotemporal domain. It is dedicated to preserving the traditional reminiscence and local sentiments, and meanwhile delicately showcases the elegance and modernity of contemporary aesthetics.
