This is a boarding house design located in Landungsari, Malang City. Close to one of the largest campuses, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. With this position, the housing needs for students is very high.

PT. APP as the developer of this boarding house cluster then requested a boarding house design from us. with land that has been mapped to obtain 7 boarding house units with a width of 7x11 meters. With this area we get 13 bedroom units with private bathrooms.

with an estimated rental price for each unit of around 800,000 IDR. then buyers can get 10,400,000 IDR per month. If maintenance costs, electricity, WiFi and other costs along 900,000 IDR per month, then every year the boarding house owner can make a profit of 114,000,000 IDR. It's really very tempting passive income. Boarding house owners can return their investment in around 8 years.

The building design applied is contemporary modern. where we provide slanted shapes on various sides to give a futuristic impression. This sloping plane also acts as a facade so that it can be seen from the main road. This buildings use of natural materials in the form of natural stone on the 1st floor to give a cool impression to the cluster. On the 2nd floor, materials are generally used, namely brick masonry with paint finishing to make maintenance easier. Providing openings on various sides is also necessary for air circulation in the building.
