This is a house design ordered by our client, Mr. AJ. This work is located in Pamekasan, East Java with environmental conditions that are often hit by floods. That conditions bring us made an elevated building model. we give an additional elevation of more than 1 meter from the original elevation. automatically in the front area we place access to the main door in the form of stairs.

This building only consists of 1 floor according to the client's request. consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and gardens on each side of the building which functions for smooth air circulation. At the front there is a carport that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

The design concept chosen is modern tropical. Initially we provided 5 different exterior style choices, such as classic, Balinese, futuristic, tropical and modern. We provide the 5 options and also take into account the character of the client who is an assertive person. This tropical modern concept was chosen as the design concept.

first, we review the exterior. The building has only one north-facing facade, a good position for stable solar intensity. On the front, there is a inclined plane as a symbol of firmness. This area is made of granite tiles so it looks sturdy and clean. In the middle there is a point of view in the form of an ornament with a touch of batik made from aluminum composite panels (ACP) with LED lights on the edges. On the terrace we give a symbol of firmness in the form of 2 large columns and a sloping wall with covering material in the form of dark granite tiles. We give the surrounding walls a warm color in the form of cream paint. added several windows to maximize the tropical climate.

Continue to the roof. we use WF steel frame with bitumen roof covering. the most luxurious roofing material available today. This roof was chosen, apart from its sturdy nature, but also its elegant shape so that it does not require covering in the form of a list plank. under the roof is decorated with conwood material which is a popular fabrication material today.

Continue to inside. The interior design recommendations that we offer are still one concept, namely modern tropical with warm colors. with a combination of currently popular fabrication materials, such as conwood, HPL marble motifs, glass and touches of wood throughout the rooms, this house looks modern, tropical and homey.
