This is a housing design located in Karangploso subdistrict, Malang, Indonesia. is a housing project in early 2024. We created a housing concept with a tropical nuance. where each unit has a green open space in front of the building which is integrated with public facilities. Tropical means it must be able to adapt to the climate. We set it to get the temperature, sun intensity, wind speed and heavy rain in this region. so that it can be observed in the plans of this building, all of which take into account all the aspects above.

There are commercial values to Designing a housing ​​that must be considered and accordance with applicable city planning provisions. This is an exciting challenge for us. We are required to create a site plan with maximum units, as well as maximizing public facilities that can attract buyers to look at this housing complex. One of the things that needs to be considered is the arrangement of public facilities in the form of roads and guardrails. We arrange each unit at the edges to minimize the placement of residential fences. The main road will be a very busy area so we are making a fork in the road.

one gate system is an added value for this housing complex so that area security can be monitored easily. At the front of the housing complex there is a beautiful garden, giving the impression of being beautiful and cool.
