项目背景

项目位于广东省深圳市光明新区，此次设计为光明正大城二期（即 05/06 地块）

The project is located in Guangming New District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and this design is for Guangming Zhengda City Phase II.

设计主题

选取花中四君子之一的“竹”作为整体意向基调，借竹的高风亮节、节节高升的寓意，既是借物喻人，同时也包含着对生活的美好希望

绿竹入幽径，青萝拂行衣

-Green bamboo into the path, green roses brush the walking clothes-

主入口区域利用错层坐台和花池弱化大台阶带来的视觉压迫，同时，多类型的灯光处理让归家之路更具温暖的氛围感。

The main entrance area uses a staggered seating platform and planters to reduce the visual oppressiveness of the large steps, while a variety of lighting treatments give a warm ambience to the journey home.

2F 为内部活动花园，主要分为中心亭院、儿童区和长者哲思园三部分，主要方便居民日常游憩

2F is the activity garden, mainly divided into three parts: the Philosophical Trail, the core courtyard and the children’s area, which is mainly convenient for residents’ daily recreation.

入口处景墙采用古堡灰打造立面，结合开放式植物对景营造诗意归家窗景，门禁对景用远山灰岩板结合竹果雕塑，既能观赏又具有一定的障景作用

The entrance wall is made of ancient fortress grey facade combined with open plant counterpoint to create a poetic homecoming window view, and the doorway counterpoint is made of distant mountain grey-like rock slabs combined with bamboo and fruit sculpture, which is both ornamental and has a certain barrier effect.

中庭采用木纹金属廊架，结合造型松、及特殊工艺切割的月石，营造充满哲学意境的中庭景观，并通过不同时段形成的不同光影营造不同景观，四周布置座椅可供人们坐庭观景。

The atrium uses a wood-grained metal corridor, combined with stylized pine and specially cut moonstones, to create a philosophical atrium landscape with different light and shadows at different times of the day, surrounded by seating for people to sit and watch the scenery.

儿童区采用彩色现浇地垫，地垫以波板糖为灵感，结合场地风井条件化弊为利，辅以全龄活动器械

Children’s area uses colorful children’s safety plastic mats, the mats are inspired by boilerplate candy and bright colors.

儿童区内侧，利用整体光影格栅搭配错位手法营造秘境感，同时巧妙地同建筑外立面融合，通往 3F 泳池场地

The overall light and shadow grid with a staggered approach creates a sense of secrecy and is subtly integrated into the building facade, leading to the 3F pool area.

项目一大亮点为利用通风井进行功能设计，使场地利用率最大化为业主所使用

架空层内布置器械居民提供锻炼身体的场所

Equipment in the elevated floor provides a place for residents to exercise.

利用花箱格栅界定室内外空间，停坐间同时享户外绿意

Flower boxes defines the indoor and outdoor space, with a pause for sitting and a view of the outdoors.

架空层平立面采用古堡灰瓷砖铺装，同时设置小型吧台，既可以个人休闲观景，也方便邻里或朋友之间聚会

The outdoor garden is paved in old castle grey tiles, with a small bar in the garden for personal relaxation, as well as for gatherings between neighbours or friends.

通过光影廊可以来到 3F 的露天泳池，景观视线进一步开阔，泳池底利用马赛克拼贴竹叶图案

The light and shadow corridor leads to the open-air pool on 3F, which opens up the view to a mosaic of bamboo leaves at the bottom of the pool.

迎直梯而上进入 05 地块 5F 架空层，穿过架空层来到小而精的屋顶花园，在建筑光影下这里是一处通风的阴凉处，适合业主观景、放空，或三五好友交流。

The roof garden is an airy and shady place under the light and shadow of the building, suitable for owners to watch the scenery, relax, or communicate with friends.

14F 办公花园利用地面铺装颜色对比形成纹理感，将竹叶形态抽象为地面的深色铺装，利用四周植物围合划分空间，营造内部空间的完整统一。

The 14F office garden uses the contrast of the ground paving to create a sense of texture, abstracting the bamboo leaf form into the dark ground paving and using the surrounding plants to divide the space to create a complete unity of the internal space.
