, an employment agency located in Houston, Texas.

Primary Services came to Tramonte Design Studio for a uniquely contemporary space. A crisp, true white plays the starring role throughout the design – from white concrete floors and white walls to white cabinetry and a white exposed ceiling. A soft, cool gray secondary color imparts balance and a slight contrast. The neutral architectural elements act as a blank canvas for the company’s branding color to pop. Subtle moments of bright orange are found in the company signage and seating. The layout incorporates a variety of seating options for flexible meeting or working spaces, a majority open floor plan with adjustable-height workstations, and a break room with a family-style dining table that opens up to a collaboration area for all-hands meetings. As an award-winning staffing firm, our client’s goal was to provide a workplace that attracts and retains talent. Tramonte Design Studio responded by creating an environment in which employees could thrive – a space that fosters a sense of calm yet sparks creativity for both candidates and clients.
