常玉设计之淡水公园 | 绿意盎然的自然之美

俗语说一叶落知天下秋，仿佛秋给人即是一副萧瑟凄清的景象。殊不知秋日的美既不逊于暖春之际，也不下于盛夏时分。

天府消防文化公园位于成都天府新区，地理位置优越，在本案中蓝海设计充分考量当前的硬性需求和长远的时代发展需求，结合成都的城市特色与文化魅力，对公园整体进行提升改造，为大众呈现成都公园城市发展的时代特征和精神面貌。

As an old saying goes, one falling leaf is indicative of the coming of autumn. As if autumn is a bleak and pale scene. However, you could hardly realize, the beauty of autumn is not inferior to that of the warm spring time, no less than that of the summer either

Tianfu Fire Culture Park is located in the Tianfu New Area of Chengdu, enjoying a good geographical location. In this case, the BSED Landscape design takes the current hard requirements and long-term development needs into full consideration, combined with the urban characteristics and cultural glamour of Chengdu, then upgrades and reforms the park as a whole so as to present the public the characteristics of the times and the spirit outlook of Chengdu park city development.

秋高气爽时节，最宜游园。园内的景观道路系统独具匠心，两条舒展流畅的交叉动线像两根扇骨，支撑起空间的整体结构，同时无缝衔接城市交通，达到与城市规划的有机结合。

The autumn season with clear sky and bracing air, it is best to pay a visit in the park. The landscape road system in the park has great originality. Two stretched and smooth crossing road lines seem like two ribs of a fan, supporting the overall structure of the space, and at the same time, seamlessly connecting urban traffic so as to achieve an organic combination with urban planning.

三条环形自行车绿道覆盖全区，井然有序的二三级路网均匀疏散人流，一入园就能沿着各种道路快速到达想去的场所。动线规划干净简洁，有力流畅的线条赋予场地强烈的几何美感。林荫道设计成不同角度的弧线，运用各种自然元素的组织引导游人的视线不断变换，无论从哪一个方向望出，都能得到极佳的景观效果。

Three circular bicycle green lanes cover the whole area, and an orderly road network of secondary and tertiary could evenly evacuate the people flow. Once getting into the park, you can quickly arrive in the places you want to go whatever along which road. The traffic flow planning is clean and simple, and the powerful and smooth lines allow the venue to present a strong geometric beauty. The tree-lined avenues are designed into arcs with different angles, making use of the organization of various natural elements to guide the tourists to change sights constantly. No matter which direction you look out from, you can obtain excellent landscape effects.

苍松虬劲，金黄遍野。视线由此及彼，都是无法拒绝的灿烂秋色。枯荣交替、四季更迭，每个季节都有不同的美。园内花树占比 58.2%，绿地率高达 67.81%，俨然是位于都市之中的森林花园。大片的草本植物与花灌乔木彼此连接交错、弥漫开来，数以百计的植物物种唤起人们对林地和山野的记忆，秋冬到来之际这里的景色愈发浓郁绚烂，美得如同一幅油画。

Vigorously green pines, golden everywhere. Sight proceeds from one point to another. It’s brilliant autumn scenery that can’t be rejected. Withered and prosperity alternated, the seasons change, and each season has its different beauty. The flowers and trees have a proportion of 58.2% in the park, and the green area rate is as high as 67.81%. It is a forest garden located in the urban city. Great clumps of herbaceous plants and flower trees are connected and intertwined with each other, spreading out in the park. Hundreds of plant species evoke people’s memories of woodland and mountains. The scenery here is richer, colorful and more gorgeous when autumn and winter come, and it is as beautiful as a painting.

鸟瞰全景，色彩斑斓的植被组团结合现代简洁的收放式手法，营造艺术化自然场景，为枯燥的城市生活增添艺术色彩。

Look down from above the panorama, bright-colored vegetation groups combined with modern simple and retractable methods to create artistic natural scenes, adding artistic color to boring urban city life.

园区沿“X”型动线分为四个园区，以丰富的现代化技术手段及设施设备展现四大主题：“学识”——消防知识、“感知”——生态技术、“玩乐”——消防营地、“运动”——康体健身。无论是消防教育、学校研学、休闲游玩还是集市宣传，不同使用者对园区的差异化需求都能得到妥善满足，拥有丰富多样的场景功能。

The park is divided into four parks along the “X” -shaped traffic flow, representing four themes with rich modern technical means and facilities and equipment: “learning”-fire knowledge, “perception”-ecological technology, “play”-fire camp, “sports”-health and fitness. Whether it is fire education, college research, leisure play or market propaganda, on the basis of rich and diverse scene functions in the park, the different demands of different users for the park can be properly met.

生命之门雕塑群、友谊林、历史事记地雕、消防文化广场等场景设置传递着消防文化公园的精神内核，凸显城市公园文化印记的作用。而先进的智能互动设施，多维度的公共展示形式，富有前瞻性的海绵城市生态技术运用，功能分区动静结合，也进一步提升周边居民的休闲娱乐活动质量。

The sculpture group in the gate of life, friendship forest, historical sculptures on the floor, and the fire culture square convey the spiritual core of the fire culture park and highlight the role of the cultural imprint of the city park. The advanced intelligent interactive facilities, multi-dimensional public display forms, the forward-looking use of sponge city ecological technology, and the combination of dynamic and static in function area, also further promote the quality of leisure and entertainment activities for surrounding residents.

公园的高人气在于对少年儿童活动需求的体察与呵护。园内特设小小消防员训练营，对孩子来说这里是充满特别回忆的游乐园，对于家长来说是体验难忘亲子时光的绝佳场所。

The high popularity of the park lies in the awareness and care of the demands of youth and children. There is a special firefighter training camp in the park. For children, it is an amusement park which is filled with special memories. For parents, it is a great place to experience unforgettable parent-child time.

以消防主题结合爬网、坡地、滑梯、转盘、消防车等元素丰富娱乐与拓展体验，明快的色彩搭配与艺术化的表达形式强化了乐园活泼明朗的气质，促进孩子与家人及小伙伴们的交流，让孩子们在玩耍中熟悉消防知识，获得多彩的快乐。

The theme of fire combines with crawling, slopes, slides, turntables, fire trucks and other elements to enrich the entertainment and expansion experience. The bright colors match artistic expressions which strengthen the lively and bright temperament of the park, and promote the children to communicate more with their families and friends. As a result, children will be more familiar with fire knowledge during the play process, and obtain colorful happiness simultaneously.

儿童园区独居东北角，以跑道与其他区域相连。园内跑道均设环保照明装置，保证家长孩子、夜跑及其他使用者的夜间光线需求。同时也通过灯光点缀让场地重新“活跃”起来，在柔和的灯光下，不同层次的艺术种植与装置带来别样的夜游体验。

The children park lies alone in the northeast corner and is connected with other areas through a runway. The runway in the park is equipped with environment friendly lighting devices to ensure the nighttime light demands of parents and children, night runs and other users. Simultaneously, the site is “lived up” again with light embellishment. Under the soft light, different levels of art planting and installation bring a different night tour experience.

在本案中，“消防文化”与“公园”的特质与功能得到充分展现，无论春夏秋冬公园都在尽情释放自己的激情和魅力。在设计中，我们希望给使用者带来：“充满活力的休闲空间，居民在优化的解决方案、社会和环境质量中，以团结、关爱和分享的精神享受真正的生活乐趣。

In this case, the characteristics and functions of “fire culture” and “park” have been fully presented, and the park is unleashing its passion and glamour no matter in spring, summer, autumn and winter. In the design process, we look forward to bringing clients: “Vigorous leisure space, residents in the optimized solution, social and environmental quality, enjoying the real joy of life in a spirit of unity, care and sharing.
