Atelier C2H.a, led by partners Fernanda Castilho, Ivan Cassola and Rafael Haiashida, enthusiastically embraced the challenge of transforming an apartment recently delivered by the builder into a cozy and functional home. The new couple wanted to finalize the spaces and optimize every inch to meet their daily and professional needs.

The client's brief was clear: they wanted a soft color palette, neutral materials and a practical approach to the layout. With the premise of integrating a home office area without compromising living spaces, the project was carefully conceived. Inspired by the idea of a peaceful refuge, the style adopted combined pastel tones, gray and light wood.

The materials chosen were essential for creating a welcoming and contemporary atmosphere. Burnt cement and wood were the protagonists, while large-format porcelain tiles brought spaciousness to the integrated rooms. Creative solutions, such as integrating the dining room with the balcony and creating hollow partitions for the home office, demonstrated the project's ability to maximize the available space.

The highlight of the project was the central bookcase, strategically designed to integrate the living room with the kitchen island. Equipped with a swiveling metal TV stand, the bookcase allows an almost complete view from anywhere in the living room, home office and kitchen. In addition, the bookcase has hollowed-out niches to promote a feeling of spaciousness and integration.

The kitchen island, clad in pitaya white granite, served as a multifunctional block, combining practicality and elegance. Metal shelves were installed for decorative objects, while the round hood in the center of the island added a contemporary touch. The lighting design was carefully planned to offer a variety of scenarios, combining indirect lighting for relaxation and general lights for work.

One of the peculiarities of this project was the close collaboration with the clients from the start of the building's construction. This partnership allowed for detailed customization of the apartment floor plan and perfect integration of the clients' needs with the final project. The strategic pause during construction allowed for precise adjustments after the handover inspection, guaranteeing a final result that exceeded expectations.

In short, the combination of high-quality materials, creative layout solutions and a customer-centric approach has resulted in a welcoming, functional and truly personalized space.
