村宴，南京 / 内建筑设计事务所 + Studio Hu + 南京大学建筑与城市规划学院

村宴位于城市近郊的一处小山村村口。距离村庄民居有一定距离，四周群山环绕，树林茂密。场地西侧、南侧是网红稻田和野餐露营草地，北侧、东侧则面向桃树林和一个小池塘。

The village restaurant is located at the entrance of a small hill village in the suburbs of the city. There is a certain distance to the village center, surrounded by mountains and dense forests. On the west and south side of the site are the popular rice paddies and picnic camping grasslands. On the north and east side, the restaurant faces to peach woods, and small pool.

建筑设计的核心诉求是营造一处符合场地特征的餐饮空间，为度假人群提供特殊的乡村体验。

The core requirement from the client is to create a catering space that can enhance and present the characteristics of the rural site, providing a special food experience for vacationers.

设计概念

Design Concept

受到中国乡村集体宴席传统的启发，建筑形体策略化整为零，采取小体块建筑围绕中庭内院展开的聚落形态。在不同朝向的体块之间创造丰富的“in-between”空间，强调向外打开，形成更有层次的积极的室外空间，进一步增强建筑与自然的关系。

Inspired by the collective banquets tradition in rural China, the architecture formal strategy is adopting a settlement form of small buildings surrounding the atrium. We create rich “in-between” spaces between different oriented volumes, emphasizing the outward opening of the building to form a more layered and positive outdoor space, further enhancing the relationship between the building and nature.

场所分化

Place Differentiation

在中庭内安排相对集中的就餐区，营造一种集体享受美食的特有乡村氛围，试图沿袭农村宴席的热情而丰盛的场面。顶部透明的天窗，让中庭白天充满明媚而柔和的阳光，晚上用餐时抬头便能看到漫天的星辰，仿佛置身天地间，融入山野里。

We arrange relatively concentrated dining areas in the atrium to create a unique rural atmosphere of collective enjoyment of food, attempting to follow the enthusiastic and sumptuous scene of rural banquets. The transparent skylight at the top fills the atrium with bright and soft sunlight during the day. At night, when dining, you can look up and see the stars in the sky, as if you are in the midst of heaven and earth, blending into the mountains and wilderness.

各小体块建筑略向外探出，保证私人包厢获得更好的景观视野，每一处洞口都是一幅自然风景画。

Each small building volume extends slightly outward to ensure a better landscape view for private boxes. Every window captures a landscape painting from the surrounding nature.

在西南侧临近稻田的区域，利用建筑与农田的高差，建立高低错落的室外平台，安排散落的户外就餐区，形成食物与农作物的亲密关系，实现从“田间到餐桌”的空间场景。

In the area near the rice fields on the southwest side, outdoor platforms with staggered heights are located, to transform the different elevations of the building and farmland into a continuous one. Scattered outdoor dining areas are placed here to create an intimate relationship between food and crops, achieving a spatial scene from the field to the dining table.

传统与建造

Tradition and Construction

建筑采取民居的瓦片坡屋顶形式，以及中国农村常用的花格砖元素。与此同时，对花格砖采取幕墙的建筑方式，设计多种具有传统意味的花纹样式，层层堆叠，形成重复而不失变化的立面韵律，形成了建筑立面在地域性与当代感之间持续张力。

The building adopts the tile sloping roof of vernacular farmhouses, as well as the commonly used element, grid brick in rural China. However, applies the grid bricks not in the tradition masonry way but in a modern curtain wall construction. The grid bricks with various patterns are stacked relatively randomly. A repetitive yet constantly changing facade rhythm is formed, and a continuous tension between tradition and contemporaneity is presented on site.

村宴是整个村庄最具辨识度的房子，每到夏秋时节，稻田由绿转黄，吸引游客纷纷前来拍照打卡，当你走近稻田的时候，也就走近了村宴。

The village restaurant is the most recognizable house in the whole village. In summer and autumn, the rice fields turn from green to yellow, attracting tourists to come and take photos. When you approach the rice paddies, you also approach the village restaurant.

当夜幕降临，建筑在黑色的山林背景中逐渐亮起，犹如一个安放在村口的巨大灯笼。

As night fell, the building gradually lit up against the dark forest background, like a huge lantern shed light on the entrance of the village.
