在暹罗皇家建筑师协会(ASA)成立90周年之际,泰国铝业制造商委托HAS Design and Research设计了这座以展示泰国金属制造业与艺术发展为目标的博览会休息场所,允许游客与从业者在此交流合作、举办非盈利的学习活动。

基于此,HAS Design and Research提出在密集的展览空间中创造一个能够呼应自然山谷的洞穴式空间,架空的铝制结构由数十万根长棍组成,经由工匠的精心切割与组装后呈现出非凡的工艺潜力,同时为游客带来了前所未有的感官体验。

Wonderfruit是一场涉及音乐、艺术、表演以及可持续化主题的挽腊茫盛会,当地市政委托Bangkok Project Studio设计了这座开放性的活动展馆,用于承办将在年终举行的大型活动。展馆的屋顶结构由模数化的标准钢管铰接组成,经过精密计算的结构不仅可以通过其形式特点提供良好的通风遮阴效果,同时也使团队能够把控材料的数量,避免产生影响环境的建筑垃圾。

Corredor 963项目位于圣卡塔琳娜州郊外的一片空地中,这个占地约为10㎡的建筑旨在探索可以替代传统混凝土块的可持续性材料与结构形式,以期解决墨西哥建筑业高污染高排放的问题。CEDIM和专业学生利用压实制作的土块替代混凝土,建立了两面围合的独立墙体,半镂空的墙体结构能够减少风力影响,同时兼顾形式的美学表达。

在多哈设计双年展的阿拉伯当代设计展区内,Civil Architecture展出了团队为一座巴林私人住宅设计的屋顶,原场地内保留了业主的果树和观赏性植物,并通过屋顶处的近圆形孔洞为清理树叶和收集果实留出了空间,同时借助其起伏的形式呼应自然地形,建立人与环境的紧密联系。

维斯瓦河及其周边的生态景观是华沙最重要的绿地系统组成部分,然而洪泛区的气候影响仍为建筑带来了巨大的挑战。在建设滨水建筑的过程中,Karol Zurawski利用流线型的形式构造削弱密集降水时期的洪涝影响,并出于生态考虑取消了混凝土地基,通过锤入地下约6m深的木桩作为替代,增加了结构的稳定性。

2020年的世界大象项目活动结束后,Spaceshift Studio在泰国发现了很多需要清理回收的大象粪便,团队借此契机开始象粪砖的研发,并在2022年举办于凡尔赛的建筑与景观双年展中设计了一个由象粪砖构建的展陈空间。直径约为25公分的圆盘型砖块组成了无顶的开放空间,沐浴在阳光下的干草地中摆满手工制作的简易盆栽,一条木栈道自展馆的中心穿过,形成一派自然和谐的空间氛围。
