Construction began in 2013 and completed over five years at Jade Signature, the 57-story residence consists of 192 units, ranging from a one-bedroom to a penthouse, and six suites.

Amenities include a private pool and beach, as well as an exclusive club room with an outdoor terrace, and a fitness center.

The landscape architect Raymond Jungle conceived a lush plant tour around the base of the tower, with three levels of underground parking.

Sky Villa was also created by Pierre-Yves Rochon. There are 6 different house types, only 2 houses on each floor, with 7 bathrooms and a total area of 732㎡ internally and externally.
