The objective was to design an appealing office environment that fosters a sense of togetherness in an era of remote work and home office setups. The space was to serve as a central hub for conferences and events, offering maximum flexibility to accommodate changing workstations based on daily activities and dialogue needs.

"Der Himmel über Berlin" is a vibrant office and coworking space designed to balance focused, quiet individual work with various meeting points that encourage collaboration. Key features include a round bench (auditorium) for presentations and informal meetings, spacious kitchenettes, and versatile furniture arrangements tailored to different work situations.

This dynamic environment ensures that employees are constantly on the move, yet also provides options for retreat into small office units or alcove furniture facing the windows. The design integrates fixed attendance phases with self-directed home office periods, creating a flexible and engaging workplace that adapts to the evolving needs of its users.
