Seeking solace in the hustle and bustle of urban living, the House of Metamorphosis stands as an 8000 sq. ft. testament to the elegance of understated and humble interiors. This project aims to redefine luxury, transforming an existing dark and dingy structure into a beacon of light and tranquility. Through strategic design choices, multiple openings were created to flood the space with natural light, enhancing the well-being of its inhabitants.

The layout of the House of Metamorphosis is meticulously crafted to maximize sunlight and ensure optimal cross-ventilation. Spaces within the house are connected like an intricate fractal, forming a seamless transition that facilitates easy movement. This design allows the family of four to communicate effortlessly through liminal spaces, fostering a sense of connection and ease.

Central to the design is the stairway, often overlooked in architectural projects, but here it takes center stage. This utilitarian element is transformed into a show-stopping piece, serving as both a focal point and a conversation starter within the residence. Its unique form and placement add to the overall statement of the home, reinforcing the theme of metamorphosis.
