苏州生命健康小镇会客厅 / 九城都市建筑设计有限公司

苏州生命健康小镇位于苏州高新区枫桥街道西部，地块的总体形状是东西向窄而南北向长，建筑顺应地形布置，形成了一条南北向展开的街巷与院落空间。北侧两组建筑，分别由一栋“一”字形长条建筑与一栋四合院组成。两个建筑之间是一条南北向的景观水巷，水巷一侧有半开放的架空连廊，四合院一侧建筑直接临水。第三组只有一栋建筑，也是整个启动区最重要的功能空间。

Suzhou Life and Health Town is located in the western part of Fengqiao in Suzhou Hi-Tech District. The overall shape of the site is narrow from east to west and long from north to south, and the buildings are arranged according to the topography, forming a north-south unfolding of streets and courtyard spaces. The two groups of buildings on the north side are composed of a long building in the shape of a zigzag and a courtyard. Between the two buildings is a north-south landscaped water lane, with a semi-open elevated corridor on one side of the water lane, and the courtyard side of the building directly facing the water. The third group consists of only one building and is the most important functional space in the whole start-up area.

本项目是一处包含了展示、接待、会议等功能的小型商业街区。与新的使用功能及新的生活方式相对应，建筑整体上采用 8m×8m 的标准钢结构柱网，连续的标准空间为今后不同功能的灵活使用提供了最大的方便。空间变大了，门窗变大了，高度也变高了，这样不仅解决了建筑中的通风采光问题，同时也能满足现代建筑各种设备管网在空间上所需要的安装高度。

This project is a small commercial area that contains functions such as exhibition, reception, and conference. Corresponding to the new function and new lifestyle, the building adopts the standard steel structure column network of 8m×8m, and the continuous standard space provides the greatest convenience for the flexible use of different functions in the future. The space becomes bigger, the doors and windows become bigger, and the height becomes higher, which not only solves the problem of ventilation and lighting in the building, but also meets the installation height required by the various equipment pipe networks of modern buildings in space.

传统木结构其实是有很多的缺陷与不足，会客厅项目中的结构是现代胶合木结构。在钢木复合体系中，受力更合理的螺栓钢节点替代了传统的榫卯结构，主要的受拉杆件可以由受拉性能更好的钢索替代。这种力学性能更加优越的结构体系为空间提供了更多的可能，空间更加自由，功能的适应性也更加自由。

Traditional wood structure is actually a lot of defects and deficiencies, the structure in the parlor project is a modern glued wood structure. In the steel-wood composite system, the more reasonable bolt steel nodes replace the traditional mortise and tenon structure, and the main tensile members can be replaced by steel cables with better tensile properties. This structural system with more superior mechanical properties provides more possibilities for space, more freedom of space, and more freedom of functional adaptability.

瓦也不再是传统的小青瓦，而是新型的平板水泥瓦，瓦片与瓦片之间的咬合处有回风防水漩涡。平板瓦的尺寸比小青瓦大，整体性更强，这和相对较大的现代建筑在尺度与风格上也更为相互协调。

The tiles are also no longer the traditional small green tiles, but the new flat cement tiles, with a return wind and waterproof vortex in the bite between the tiles. The size of the flat tile is larger than the small green tile, and has a stronger integrity, which is also more harmonized with the relatively large modern buildings in terms of scale and style.

白墙也不再是传统的石灰粉刷外墙，而是在轻质填充墙板外挂的白色铝板幕墙。门窗也是密封性能与保温性能更好的铝合金门窗。窗户的玻璃也是尽可能做大，“窗明”才能“几亮”，窗框是接近木色的褐色，和局部花格点缀一起以色彩与形式的方式回应某种似曾相识的记忆。

The white walls are no longer the traditional stucco facade, but the white aluminum curtain walls hung outside the lightweight filler wall panels. The windows and doors are aluminum alloy windows and doors with better sealing performance and heat preservation. The glass of the windows is also as large as possible, “When the windows are clear, the light will shine through.”, the window frames are close to the wood color of brown, and local lattice embellishment together with the color and form to respond to some kind of déjà vu memory.
