After this property had been renovated and decorated, I was hired to photograph the entire interior and majority of the exterior for the builder and designer's portfolio. A variety of techniques were used to photograph the interiors including bounced flash, blended flash, and flambient techniques. Exteriors primarily processed using HDR with some manual blending as needed.

The ultimate goal that the builder / designer wanted to convey was the impact fine craftsmanship and materials have on all of their projects. All of their projects are typically whole-home renovations for clients with luxury tastes.
