The project proposes a symbiosis between an old office tower and a new recreational space. The future of office towers is uncertain and there is an urgent call to rethink how we can optimise them and use them better. Mindful office is about introducing attachments onto Tower 42 in London which will serve as series of biophilic chamber spaces for relaxation and inspiration for the tired office workers. The space is also accessible for the public and will give Londoner's new opportunity for a break from their fast-paced lifestyle while providing with 180 degrees lavish views.
