跳海酒馆凤凰里巷丨中国北京丨M.S.A.A.不山建筑

河谷对面的群山又长又白。这一边，没有阴影，没有树木，车站在阳光下介于两条铁路之间。紧靠着车站的一边，是这栋房子投下的热乎乎的阴影，有一道竹朱子编成的门帘挂在酒馆敞开着的门口。

“群山在阳光下呈白色。看上去像一群白象。”

“我从来没有见过象。”

“我们原可以什么都有，但一天天过去，我们弄得越来越不可能了。”

我们需要的生活，只是一个平静的午后。

The mountains across the valley are long and white. On this side, there were no shadows, no trees, and the station was between two railways in the sun. Just to the side of the station was the hot shadow of the house, and a bamboo curtain hung over the open door of the tavern.

The mountains are white in the sun. It looks like a herd of white elephants.

I’ve never seen an elephant.

We could have had everything, but every day we made it less and less possible.

All we need in life is a peaceful afternoon.

场地位于三元桥凤凰汇里巷下沉商街内，标准的单层商业单元。周边业态以餐饮为主，是凤凰汇核心商业体的非标补充，服务于周边大量的新旧社区。空间入口与主街区有阶梯高差，形成了酒馆的入户花园。

The site is located in the sunken commercial street of Fenghuanghui, Sanyuanqiao, a standard single-storey commercial unit. The surrounding business is mainly catering, which is a non-standard supplement to the core business of Fenghuanghui, serving a large number of new and old communities around. The entrance to the space has a stepped height difference from the main street, forming the entrance garden of the tavern.

借用原始框架体系的“梁柱”，衍生出新的线性体系，塑造不同的框景。利用原台阶的高差，增加新的客用维度。一个完全向社区开放的小院落，途径的人们可以坐、卧、站、倚。在高差处转折，进入小径分叉的花园。

Using the “beams and columns” of the original frame system, a new linear system is derived to shape different frame scenes. Using the height difference of the original step, a new guest dimension is added. A small courtyard completely open to the community where people can sit, lie, stand and lean. Turn at the height difference and enter the garden where the path bifurcates.

物业方不允许外摆区域的结构性施工，所有庭院增设构件均采用工厂预制现场安装的策略，以预制混凝土板作为面层材料，与原有的地面石材铺装相协调。新的“梁柱”除了构建出新的空间秩序外，与原框架结构脱开，在墙面上保留了历次拆除的痕迹，这些时间遗留的偶然，成为框景内的“画”。

The property does not allow the structural construction of the outswing area, and all the additional components of the courtyard adopt the strategy of factory precast on-site installation, using precast concrete slab as the surface material to coordinate with the original ground stone paving. In addition to building a new spatial order, the new “beams and columns” are separated from the original frame structure, and the traces of previous demolition are retained on the wall. These accidents left over by time become the “paintings” in the frame.

假梁的背后暗藏了电动幕布，夜晚降临的时候，跳海会投影不同的电影。在日间咖啡馆的场景下，幕布升起，露出油画质感的墙面。留有施工痕迹的混凝土柱，被金属隔板穿过，变得柔软细腻。劈开砖有着随机的颜色跟纹理，溶解进灰色的背景。

Behind the false beams are hidden electric screens, and when night falls, the jump will project different movies. In the daytime cafe scene, the curtain rises to reveal the texture of the wall. The concrete columns, which bear traces of construction, are soft and delicate when pierced by metal partitions. Split bricks have random colors and textures that dissolve into a gray background.

核心吧台区是一个虚构的木盒子，朝向客座一侧被打开，穿插十字的梁柱，与线性铝型材构成一个模糊的界面。像是从花园走进客厅，又从客厅走进主人的书房。微弱的暖光逐渐亮起，清冷的铝型材变得温润。

The core bar area is a fictional wooden box that opens towards the guest side, interspersed with cross beams and columns that form a blurred interface with linear aluminum profiles. It was like going from the garden into the living room, and from the living room into the master’s study. The faint warm light gradually brightens, and the cold aluminum profile becomes warm and moist.
