受到自然祝福的住宅丨日本爱知丨TSC Architects

这栋住宅是专门为业主夫妇中的丈夫设计的，这位男主人是一名急诊医生，女主人是一名神经科医生和中医专家，他们育有两个孩子。业主夫妇对食物和环境非常感兴趣，秉承着“房子保护家庭健康”的格言，这栋住宅的设计专注于创造出建筑与如阳光、水、植物和风等自然元素的互动，并创造出热舒适的环境和开放的花园。

A house for a husband, an emergency medicine physician, and his wife, a neurologist and Chinese medicine specialist, and their two children. The client is highly interested in food and the environment and based on the phrase ” the house protects the health of the family,” this house focuses on how the house interacts with nature, such as the sun, water, plants, and wind, and how to create both a thermal environment and an openness to the garden.

本项目坐落于一片保留了很多老宅的住宅区，但由于场地位于村庄之外，且在土地调整之后，传统的景观逐渐减少。因此，建筑师希望能够创造出一种新的生活方式，让邻居也能参与进来，让大家共享大自然带来的馈赠。设计充分利用了场地地块的面积，将建筑体量旋转了一定的角度，这样既能保证正立面朝向南方，也为住宅周围塑造出了不同氛围的花园空间。接下来，建筑师在排布这栋单层住宅的空间时，特别关注了室内外之间的关系，进而在建筑、场地与自然之间建立了和谐的联系。

The site is in a residential area where many old residences remain, but outside of the village, the traditional scenery is beginning to diminish due to land readjustment. Therefore, we felt it was very important to create a way of living that would involve the neighborhood residents and allow them to enjoy the blessings of nature. Taking advantage of the size of the site, first, the house was placed at an angle so that the front faces directly south, and a garden with different atmospheres surrounds the house on all sides. Next, while being conscious of the expanse of the one-story-like space, we constructed a connection between inside and outside, between the place and nature.

泥土建成的厨房/餐厅和客厅通过柔和的台阶连接起来，突出的结构、内部门廊以及可加热的长凳通过改变台阶的高度和材料在空间中创造出的一系列可坐卧的场所。每个空间都与花园相连，且风格各异。厨房/用餐区和室外露台的地面均采用了户外地面材料，这些空间作为一个独立的功能单元，与花园一起创造出一种连续的用餐场景，例如屋主人可以在这里烹饪从花园中采摘的蔬菜，然后家人一起在用餐区共享美食。屋顶采用了传统的木制椽子结构，自然的木色为室内带来了一丝家庭的温暖。屋檐高度一致，如同景观的画框，将花园的景色引入室内之中。

The earthen kitchen/dining room and living room are connected by gentle steps, and a small, raised space, an inner porch, and heated benches provide various places to sit by changing the steps and materials. Each of these spaces is connected to the garden, which has a different flavor. The earthen floor kitchen/dining area and outdoor terrace are finished as one unit, creating a continuous dining scene with the garden, such as cooking vegetables picked in the garden and eating on the terrace. The roofing system with rafters embraces the family with the warmth of wood. The eaves, which are of uniform height, cut through the landscape of the garden.

本项目中的花园不仅仅是一处美丽的景观区域，而更像是一座小小的森林，景观设计尤为关注地下水流的循环。渗透土壤的雨水和溪流保证了湿润的土壤环境，而这些水分又经过树木植被的吸收与蒸腾形成自然的雾气，这种水流的循环创造出了湿润宜人的微气候。此外，在设计中，建筑师还利用了各种自然能源来创造适宜的热舒适环境，例如屋顶上安装的太阳能集热板，这些由太阳加热的水可以用于生活供应，也会储存在土地板之下达到地暖的效果。客厅中央设有一座砖石砌筑的取暖器，其散发的能量能够有效地加热房间。

The garden is not merely a beautifully landscaped area, but rather a forest-like environment created by focusing on the circulation of water flowing underground. Rainwater and streams that permeate the soil create a humid environment in the soil, and the natural mist that evaporates from the trees that have absorbed the moisture creates a comfortable humidity environment. The house also utilizes a variety of natural energy sources to create a thermal environment. Solar heat collection panels have been installed on the roof, and the hot water is used for hot water supply and for thermal storage floor heating in the earthen floor. A masonry heater, which has a strong presence in the center of the living room, efficiently warms the room with far-infrared rays.

建筑师在回访的时候，正好看到了一位抱着孩子的邻居与女主人聊天的场景。据邻居们反馈，他们都很喜欢这里的鸟鸣声、流水声和树木在风中沙沙作响的声音。周围的邻居和大自然会温柔地看着孩子们长大，而孩子们也将在大自然中学习到许多课本上没有的知识。

When we visited the house after its completion, we saw a neighbor talking to the owner’s wife, who was holding a child in her arms. The neighbors seemed to enjoy the sound of birds chirping, the sound of running water and trees rustling in the wind. The local people and the nature surrounding the house will gently watch over the children as they grow up and learn many things in nature.
