General description of the investmentArchitectural formCorner buildings have always been distinguished by their architectural form. With a rather modest design, balconies appear, emphasized by the window and entrance frame.

The first floor

There are commercial premises. The front elevations facing the two streets have a simple architectural design architectural design, appropriate to the trends of the time. Minimalism in architecture has enjoyed unflagging popularity in recent years. The finishes use raw materials that undergo only the necessary processing. Another important aspect in design is symmetry. In modern architecture it has taken on a new meaning. Instead of gentle arches, decorative cornices or columns, simple lines and geometric shapes dominate.

Site arrangementThe project includes not only the building, but also the external part, which, in addition to green plants and shrubs, consists of traffic routes, driveway and fencing. Their practical role is related to, among other things, convenient access to the front door, ease of movement around the plot and parking of vehicles. On the other hand, the areas around the house are also the business card of the residents, so their representative function refers to the development of every sliver of space and its full adaptation to the architecture, surroundings and, above all, the above all, the lifestyle of the householders. After the investment in finishing the house, it comes time to adapt the driveway and entrance area. These are surfaces with higher utility requirements, which, in addition to durability and resistance to weather and mechanical factors, must perfectly blend in with the other elements of the property.
