项目位于芒市——中国云南的边陲小镇，处于中缅边境，德宏州的首府，一座充满异域风情的小城，被誉为黎明之城，孔雀之乡。当地随处可见以“孔雀”为文化符号的建筑物，辅以繁复的纹饰和金色顶冠，和当地特色民族服装相映成趣。

Situated in Mangshi, a remote town in Yunnan, China, bordering Myanmar and serving as the capital of Dehong Prefecture, the project sits in a place rich in exotic charm. Known as the City of Dawn and the Land of Peacocks, here, the local architecture prominently features peacock motifs, intricate patterns and golden crowns, harmoniously echoing its traditional ethnic attire of the region.

“耕读拾光”——华侨城德宏生态田园康旅新城展示中心，被秀美的山川和生态农田所环绕。其设计融合了地域文化特色，并以现代设计手法对这些文化元素进行了创新演绎。展示中心结合了云南德宏的地域文化，集展览展示、艺术娱乐、餐饮旅游等功能于一体，旨在打造滇西片区的文旅创新基地和人文新地标。

“Tilling and Tale in Time” —Dehong OCT Happy Idyll Cultural Exhibition Center, enveloped by picturesque mountains and ecological farmlands, blends regional cultural characteristics with modern design reinterpretations. The center integrates exhibition, art, entertainment, catering and tourism functions, aiming to establish a pioneering hub for cultural and tourism innovation and a new beacon of humanity in western Yunnan.

作为华侨城在当地投资建设的 33000㎡大型综合文旅项目——德宏生态田园康旅新城开放的首个文旅项目，项目建筑面积约 2900㎡，地上两层、地下一层，室内展厅平面布局规整，便于展示同时将室外自然景观延伸至室内，通过对不同空间的营造来对应功能的多重体验；室外空间约 13000㎡，前广场景观主要由麦田以及水池组成，后广场水系及草坪则成为当地居民及游客的户外休闲和露营场地。

As the inaugural cultural and tourism project of Dehong OCT Happy Idyll New Town, a significant 33,000㎡ development complex invested by OCT in the area, the project spans approximately 2,900㎡ with two above-ground levels and one underground level. The interior exhibition halls are well-organized for optimal display, extending the outdoor natural scenery indoors and crafting a multi-faceted experiential journey through various spaces. The outdoor area covers about 13,000㎡ and features a landscaped front plaza dominated by wheat fields and water ponds, whereas the rear plaza’s water features and lawns serve as an idyllic retreat as well as a camping ground for the locals and tourists to rest and enjoy.

建筑整体采用钢构架，屋面顺应主入口墙面实现形体延展，打破传统建筑屋面与墙面界线；其余墙面由大面积玻璃幕墙围合，构成一个浑然一体的艺术流通空间。具象的文化元素被提炼成抽象的“形体”线条，以金属勾勒，展现出建筑独有的韵律与结构之美。

The architecture essentially utilizes a steel framework, with the roof extending from the main entrance wall gracefully, dissolving the traditional boundary between roof and wall. The remaining walls, enclosed by expansive glass curtain walls, create a unified space of artistic flow. Concrete cultural motifs are abstracted into “form” lines, traced in metal, showcasing the unique rhythm and structural beauty of the architecture.

屋顶以菱形为基础单元，三角形为最小单元，叠合成一个曲面扇形屋顶，覆盖整个室内空间，犹如孔雀开屏姿态。屋檐出挑处理，建筑骨架被通透的玻璃立面包裹，让屋面在田园环境中“漂浮”，消解建筑体量。建筑后广场立面犹如钻石切面，在朝阳夕阳照射下熠熠生辉。因当地夏季长、雨水充沛，设计师结合倾斜屋面高差布置电动开启扇，利用地面和屋顶的温度差，让雨水顺畅排出，促进热空气的上升和释放，有效地改善了建筑内部的热环境，降低能源消耗，实现节能减排的目标。

The roof, primarily composed of diamond-shaped units comprising smaller triangular elements, forms a curved fan-like structure covering the entire interior, resembling the spread of a peacock’s tail. The eaves project outward, with the building’s skeleton enveloped in transparent glass facades, making the roof appear to “float” in the pastoral setting, softening the giant mass of the building. The rear façade, with its diamond-like facets, gleams under the morning and evening sun. Given the long summers and abundant rainfall in the region, the design integrates motorized openings along the sloped roof. These openings utilize the temperature differences between the ground and the roof to efficiently drain rainwater while allowing hot air to escape, thus enhancing the building’s internal thermal environment and reducing energy consumption.

晴日里放歌田野，落雨时坐在窗边，一本书、一杯咖啡，感受此地的惬意时光。“耕读拾光”于 2022 年 7 月正式开放后，运营业态包含德宏州图书馆分馆、健康体验中心、精品特色餐饮、拾光休闲营地、拾光音乐剧场、拾光创意市集等，经过将近两年的投入使用，已成为当地居民和游客感受自然、地域文化以及链接情感的复合性空间。

Sing in the fields on the sunny days and sit by the window on the rainy days; with a book and a coffee, one relishes the tranquil moments here. Since its official opening in July 2022, “Tilling and Tale in Time” has become home to a branch of Dehong Prefecture Library, a health experience center, boutique dining spaces, the Time Leisure Camp, the Time Music Theater, and the Time Creative Market. In nearly two years of operation, it has evolved into a multipurpose space where locals and visitors can immerse themselves in nature, local culture, and emotional connections all at once.

“耕读拾光”以环抱展开的姿态，回应场地的阳光、雨水和来自湖面的风，从环境中来，与场地共生。

“Tilling and Tale in Time” unfolds to embrace the land’s sunlight, drizzle and breezes from the lake. It emerges from the environment, and thus coexists with the site in harmony.
