Design of a bungalow on 5650 square feet land. Arch. Design provides external views of green lawn on all sides. Spacious areas are planned for living rooms, bed rooms & formal areas with strong emphasis on large wash rooms. The entrance lobby with double height effect gives an impression of an atrium inside the bungalow. A well conceived courtyard on the first floor helps to keep a moderate temperature of upper rooms for sustainable living. Cavity walls on south west & west sides are provided to control extreme temperatures. A state of art insulation system is suggested for roof top as well. Exterior elevation facades have contemporary Arch. design. Landscaping is proposed for thick foliage and ornamental tropical plants & shrubs so that seasonal weather variations may not cause distress inside the covered areas.
