Goody's is a new burger joint located in the historic center of Zurich. The customer's wishes were to focus on a quick bite and the possibility of receiving a takeaway order.
The project began with a study of the components: the chosen kitchen, functionality, and the search for a unique image. The next step was to decide whether to blend into the historical environment or work with it in contrast, using modern stylistics.
It is very important that all the furniture elements were designed and manufactured in Ukraine specifically for this project, delivered to Switzerland and assembled on site.
The containers in which burgers are packed became the inspiration for the main element. This container, as an image of food delivery and pleasure to the consumer, became the flagship of the interior. Here we placed a showcase, an open kitchen and a delivery area.
It was decorated with bright yellow corrugated board, like a brand new shipping container. In addition, the bright yellow metal of the checkout counter combined with blue neon light gave a distinctive Ukrainian spirit to the establishment located thousands of kilometers from Kyiv.
For convenience, the small hall was zoned with planting of different heights, plants, and visually expanded with mirrors. We also added floral motifs to the ceiling and covered the ventilation with decorative grilles. And the color mood was created by classic neon lights.
