The twenty-five-storey hotel building is located next to the transport passenger center of the capital of Ukraine, divided into two parts: the upper part houses art rooms for receiving guests, the lower part houses business rooms for permanent residence of the owners or renting.

The public areas are divided according to the order in which visitors are received.The hotel's hall-lobby is designed according to the concept of a transport terminal. The hotel is located in the center of Kyiv, opposite a powerful transport line connecting the central railway station with the international terminal of Boryspil Airport, so the image was not chosen by chance.

In the interior, you can feel like a pilot flying an airplane at an airport: the directions between zones are marked like on a runway, and airplane lights float under the ceiling as if in the sky. The bar has been transformed into a control tower, and bartenders serve drinks with cosmic precision.The waiting areas are cozy and comfortable, and the playful flames in the fireplaces give a sense of home.

Navigation elements have become decorative and no longer small and auxiliary. They do not just fulfill their direct function, but are instructions for a step-by-step game in moving through the halls between the reception, bar, lounge areas, restaurant, coworking space and conference rooms.

The restaurant on the top floor is the culmination of the travel story - a cozy, sophisticated place where the traveler was heading for a long-awaited vacation.

This is a bright space for an interesting pastime with a restaurant based on a country chalet, filled with contemporary art with a subtle historical flavor, and a large exhibition (art space) hall with an extensive wine list, where the panorama of Kyiv is a historical background for modern art objects.  The interweaving and combination of Ukrainian historicity and modernity in art that you fall in love with at first sight.
