University-Residential Neighborhood is a project aims to Prepare a master plan for a university residential neighborhood to serve about 4,000 students and faculty members.

It includes educational buildings and service buildings and contains a central park and a commercial and entertainment area. It also takes into account the quality of urban life, the intersection and integration of uses, and the ease of pedestrian and bicycle movement and enjoyment of the Airport Lake, It also takes into account adherence to green architecture standards.
