月之恒茶楼设计丨中国成都丨三度设计-姜自焘

成都的茶楼，主要是以麻将娱乐的包间为主，再配以大厅，提供基础的洽谈议事空间，最后有简餐的提供，不仅可增加顾客的停留时间，更拓展了盈利渠道。

Tea houses in Chengdu mainly offer private rooms for mahjong entertainment, accompanied by large halls to provide basic negotiation and discussion space. Finally, they offer light meals, which not only increases customers' stay time but also expands profit channels.

本次设计茶楼的前身是中铁某局的办公室。后由业主接手改为茶楼，在改建过程中，面临了诸多艰巨的挑战。

The predecessor of this tea house design was the office of a certain bureau of China Railway. Later, it was taken over by the owner and transformed into a tea house. During the renovation process, it faced many difficult challenges.

  其一，给排水的改造，茶楼有18个包间，包间是否带卫生间直接关系到茶楼的品质问题，而密布的卫生间让给排水管网改造提升到一个非常高的难度；

Firstly, the renovation of water supply and drainage. The tea house has 18 private rooms, and whether the private rooms have bathrooms directly affects the quality of the tea house. The densely packed bathrooms make the renovation of the drainage network a very difficult task;

其二，在施工过程中需保留原有的基础结构，将各项功能合理规划进去，尽可能少投资成本。最后，凭借着多年的经验，专业的技艺与巧妙的构思，将这些难题一一解决。

Secondly, during the construction process, it is necessary to preserve the original foundation structure, plan various functions reasonably, and minimize investment costs as much as possible. Finally, with years of experience, professional skills, and clever ideas, these challenges were solved one by one.
