Designing a creative environment that brings all creative minds. Providing a space to work and support for networking and business development. Design an inspiring place that stimulates creativity and provide education to help all those interested in the fashion field to develop their knowledge and reach advanced international stages easily.

The concept based on transform one of the theories in the field of fashion "Trickle up theory" To tangible spaces which supports all members of society interested in the field of fashion. From the larger circle (community) to raise awareness of that field. Up to the smallest circle who are the distinguished designers in this community.

"trickle-up theory” الموضة

تقوم الفكرة على تحويل احدى النظريات في مجال الازياء Trickle up theory الي مفهوم ملموس يدعم من خلالها جميع أفراد المجتمع المهتمين بالمجال من الدائرة الأكبر (المجتمع) بزيادة الوعي تجاه مجال مهم من مجالات الثقافة وصولا الى الدائرة الأصغر و هم المصممين المميزين في هذا المجتمع

المناطق في الطابق الأرضي تمثل الفئة الأكبر و حسب النظرية هي الجزء الأول و هي المناطق الموجهة إلى المجتع بشكل عام

مثل الأماكم العامة من المسارح و المعارض و المتاجر و أيضا أماكن إقامة العروض

The areas on the ground floor represent the largest category according to the theory, which is the community for that public area will locate there, such as theatres, exhibitions, retail stores, and also places of performances like runways.

المناطق في الطابق الأول و هي أكثر تحديدا و خصوصيا تكون موجهة للمهتمين بدراسة أو التطوير في مجال الأزياء فتحتوي على ورش العمل و المكتبة و مكتبة المواد بالاضافة لخدمات عامة للمستفيدين

The areas on the first floor are more specific and private. They are directed to those interested in studying and developing for that there will be workshops, the library, material library, and general services areas to the beneficiaries such us restaurant and open waiting areas.

المناطق في الطابق الأخير تكون الأكثر خصوصية فهي للمميزين من المصممين للعمل على مشاريعهم الخاصة أو الاشتراك في مسابقات عاليمة و وطنية بالاضافة إلى مكان

لتحكيم المسابقات بشكل خاص مع صالة عرض صغيرة للمصممين المشاركين (vip)

The areas on the last floor are the most private, as they are for distinguished designers to work on their own projects or participate in international and national competitions in addition to a place to judge competitions exclusively with a small showroom for participating designers (VIP). Not only that, but there will also be studios for these young designers to work in it if they don't have their own companies and contract offices for them to meet the international companies.
