Discipline: Architecture, Structure, MEPType: Scan to BIM

This is a large apartment project in Manhattan, New York. It is 5000 square meters. ft. of interior space and 4000 sq. ft. of outdoor space. The task was to create a digital version of the apartment and everything visible in the point cloud. We had to model all the lighting, electrical switches and appliances, exposed pipe risers, ductwork, wall construction, metal profiles, doors, windows, etc.​​​​​​​
