Nando's Maponya Mall is a testament to our journey that began in 1987 when our first restaurant opened in Rosettenville, Johannesburg. Despite our growth, we hold onto our humble beginnings, and to honor our roots, all our design elements feature a distinct tilt at 87 degrees. This unique touch serves as a reminder of the passion and authenticity that drive us. As you step into our restaurant, you'll be embraced by earthy textures and colors that reflect our sunny Afro-Portuguese heritage. These elements create an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

At Nando's Maponya Mall, we take great pride in showcasing local South African art and design. Our space is adorned with original artwork that captures the essence of our vibrant culture. These artistic touches, combined with unique design elements, come together to create a visually stimulating environment.
