Located in the icy lands of the southernmost point on the planet, Pandora appears resplendent, illuminating the dark night, becoming the beacon of human hope.

"Recover all hope as you enter”

On a headland in the Antarctic continent, this wild white place on the blue planet, clearly visible from the space - to make sure that the aliens can't miss it - is built on the stony earth the pavilion of humanity.

No human nation rules Antarctica. It is the most neutral piece of land on earth and therefore the ideal place to represent all of humanity without having to choose a host country as a representative.

But the pavilion should not only be attractive for extraterrestrials but also direct the attention of the world public to the environmental damage in the Antarctic that is serious for the global climate, as this will have a massive impact on people's lives in the future. It is a warning sign, a place of unnatural warmth in the midst of polar cold.

Man has always not only fought against himself and against each other, he primarily takes up the fight against the climate. However, the Pavilion calls for a fight for and not against the climate if humanity does not want to perish.

Mankind adapts, overcomes great hurdles, generates technical, artistic and intellectual marvels. But as superior as one may feel, no matter how successful one may be, in the midst of the glaciers all human striving seems meaningless. We have to believe in our origin and goal, we cannot recognize them. We appear, have a short-term effect - rarely in a straight line - and disappear again.

The pier of the pavilion can only be reached directly from the waters of the polar sea. Visitors who have the time travel by ship, those who have to be fast take one of the shuttle submarines that are available worldwide.

An irregular row of interlocking pyramids with a triangular base protrude from the water.

It opens up to the visitor and leads him to firm land.

The pyramid, an ancient symbol, central to most cultures, embodies supernatural spirit and human reason in equal measure.

It stands for beginning, middle and end, directs the mind to the typically human striving for higher things, for spiritual or abstract  understanding and marks places of sacred importance and worldly dominance.

There are pyramids of lost cultures in the Antarctic, as well as in Asia, South America, Europe and Africa.

Nobody knows why. And that's exactly what fascinates people so much about them.

the building presents our guests with our brief timeline on this planet, our conquests and defeats, our weaknesses and potentialities, culminating in decreasing order at the beginning of homo sapiens, leaving the visitors to answer the fundamental question. when arriving at the end of the path the guest observes the cave, the first shelter of man and the birth of architecture, and after that only the absolute emptiness.

the journey to Pandora is arduous, located in the gerlache strait, the building is positioned neutrally in relation to all the nations of our world, made to be the symbol of all human creation, it will withstand time and climate for long winters always waiting for your guests.

the location does not prioritize any people, on the contrary humans are not priorities, that is why this cold and desolate land was chosen, because in our time little is known about it, and who knows the answers of the universe may be under its icy ? the trip to Pandora will become a unique experience in the life of every adventurer, and will provide greater development options for regions in the southern hemisphere, since the world elite if they want to visit the building will move to the south.

The shape of the building seeks to refer to the human experience on earth, sometimes sad and out of alignment, expressed in the structure by its sharp shape and by its obscure materiality, yet inside it there is light, a heat that refers to life, expressing through color and light the brilliance that is the very hope within Pandora's box
