Project story

Project is located in Chongqing North Railway Station, the most important transportation hub in Chongqing, on the 43rd to 45th floors of Huayu Building 1, with a total of three floors and 3100 square meters. The investor is both the owner and the brand management party. Facing the numerous express business hotels downstairs, they gave up homogeneous competition and chose a differentiated brand strategy, putting forward the principle of customer comfort first. In order to upgrade the check-in experience, increase the single room area, remove the original分户 wall, and the number of rooms was reduced from 80 to 61. At the same time, half of the space on the 45th floor was used as business and leisure facilities: dining bar, book gallery, meeting room, gym, laundry room, etc. And it was linked with the owner’s spa, foot massage, and tea house formats to give passengers a three-dimensional and comprehensive high-quality experience. Traditionally, the food and accommodation experience around transportation hubs has been frustrating, with rough environments and rough services. BDD (BDD Design) and the owner joined hands to create a dream, hoping that guests can see a different scenery in the tense travel state, get unexpected surprises and touches, and relieve the fatigue of the journey. Even if the passengers only stay for a short time, it is also worth waiting with care!
