Museum Of Egypt And Sudan (ESM)

Located in Shalateen, halfway between Sudan and Egypt. The sand dunes that form a dynamic and organic landscape in the deserts of both countries served as the inspiration for the design concept. Curved volumes that rise and fall create exhibition and interaction spaces within the museum. The museum seeks to tribute the shared history and legacy, as well as the rich and varied cultures of Egypt and Sudan.
