M Stand 咖啡绿谷店丨中国上海丨15 STUDIO

场地位于上海写字楼聚集的商业区内，高层建筑密布。作为新发展的商业和工作区，需要增加可供人们停留以及交流的场所。咖啡店作为满足需求的空间被置入在几个高层建筑围合出来的小广场上，通过与周边建筑相似的玻璃幕墙，回应区域文脉的立面与肌理。

The site is located in a commercial district in Shanghai where office buildings are concentrated and high-rise buildings are densely distributed. As a newly developed commercial and work area, it is necessary to increase the places for people to stay and communicate. As a space that meets the needs, the coffee shop is placed in a small square surrounded by several high-rise buildings. Through the glass curtain wall similar to the surrounding buildings, it responds to the facade and texture of the regional context.

设计希望以中性和简单的手法介入，打破传统咖啡店公共大空间的布置，在矩形的盒子内插入一个新的盒子，形成盒中盒，带来多层交错的视线趣味和多变的空间体验。不同大小的盒子划分出功能分区，中部的盒子落在地面，容纳咖啡吧台、收银以及储藏收纳等功能；北侧的盒子悬挂于空中，在面向广场的立面上创造视觉焦点，吸引客人进入。

The design hopes to intervene with a neutral and simple approach, breaking the layout of the traditional public space of the coffee shop, inserting a new box into the rectangular box, forming a box in a box, bringing multi-layered visual interest and a changeable space experience. Boxes of different sizes divide the functional areas. The box in the middle falls on the ground, accommodating functions such as coffee bar, cashier, and storage; the box on the north side is suspended in the air, creating a visual focus on the facade facing the square to attract guests to enter.

在这样的平面布局下，客区将吧台围合，整体流线清晰流畅。客区通过不同座椅的放置，创造或相对私密或相对开放的空间，提供不同的就坐选择。吧台盒子西侧与北侧也结合体量设置座位，增加与客区的互动。等候区与产品展示区则布置在入口附近，形成有序高效的区域流动。

Under such a plane layout, the guest area encloses the bar, and the overall streamline is clear and smooth. The guest area creates a relatively private or relatively open space through the placement of different seats, providing different seating options. Seats are also set up on the west and north sides of the bar box in combination with the volume to increase interaction with the guest area. The waiting area and product display area are arranged near the entrance to form an orderly and efficient regional flow.

场地建筑为玻璃立面，从室外望向室内，透明的大体量中又含有不同尺度、虚实结合的小体量，空间的变化带来多样的趣味。玻璃立面内侧悬挂织物遮阳，阻隔夏日阳光的炎热。白日与夜晚，咖啡店以不同光影与城市对话。

The site building is a glass facade. Looking from the outside to the interior, the transparent large volume contains small volumes of different scales and a combination of virtual and real. The changes in space bring a variety of fun. Fabric shades are hung on the inside of the glass facade to block the heat of the summer sun. During the day and at night, the coffee shop dialogues with the city with different light and shadow.

置入的盒子表皮为波浪彩钢板，材料的凹陷与凸起形成竖向线条，回映幕墙的分割韵律。室内座椅与陈设的颜色接近彩钢板，加强整体的关联。咖啡桌面与座椅选择木材质，与彩钢材质相互映衬。

The surface of the inserted box is wave steel plate. The concave and convex of the material form vertical lines, reflecting the segmented rhythm of the curtain wall. The color of the indoor seats and furnishings is close to the color steel plate, which strengthens the overall connection. The coffee table and seats are made of wood, which contrasts with the color steel material.
