中国古代常以“相土尝水,象天法地”来进行城市营建活动,以求建造自然与社会,景观与建筑之间的联系。本项目从人与环境的关系入手,将建筑作为景观,从场地中生长,融于环境,创造一种感知自然、绿色生态的教学空间。同时充分利用大都市为数不多的土地,“加厚”地表空间,创造多维空间的高效利用。
When ancient Chinese people designed cities, they began by understanding the soil quality, water regime, celestial display, and feng shui, aiming to harmonize nature with human society and blend the landscape with buildings. This balance between humanity and the environment is the essence of the Qiaoxiang School project. Here, buildings sprout from the earth, seamlessly integrating with the environment, creating a teaching space where students can immerse themselves in nature. Moreover, this project maximizes the use of limited urban land resources. By “thickening” the ground and creating multi-dimensional spaces, it significantly boosts land use efficiency.

项目概况
Project Overview
福田区实验教育集团侨香学校北校区(原名福龙学校)位于深圳市福田区莲塘尾一路,背靠塘朗山,用地面积 17617.66 平方米,总建筑面积 44249 平方米,办学规模为 48 班的九年一贯制学校。由于用地位于半山坡上,呈东西向展开,最大高差约 40 米。因此,项目前期历经 2 年时间先期完成场地土石方开挖和边坡支护工程,以达到安全可控的建造条件。
Qiaoxiang School of Shenzhen Futian Experimental Education Group (North Campus), originally known as Fulong School, is located on Liantangwei No.1 Road, with Tanglang Mountain as its backdrop. The school takes up 17,617.66 square meters, with a total construction area of 44,249 square meters, accommodating 48 classes and providing nine-year integrated education. Built on a hillside, the school stretches east-west with a maximum height difference of approximately 40 meters. Therefore, the initial phase of the project took two years to complete the excavation and slope protection works to ensure safe and controllable construction.

生于自然,大隐于市。融于环境,从自然中生长,创造深圳城区中的绿色山地校园。
Nestled in Nature: A Hidden Gem in the City
This greenery-covered campus blends harmoniously with the hillside environment, as if it were born from nature.
校园原始用地拥有优良的自然环境,为了减少土方开挖对自然环境的破坏,项目将场地梳理成多级“台地”,通过垂直挡墙和向红线外放坡以削弱边坡与建筑之间的相互影响。整体规划因地制宜,以“地下”平行等高线退台式的大板结构,地上垂直于山体登高线的教学楼组成。人工雕琢的边坡挡墙进行生态复绿,使建筑似从山体中“生长”出来,弱化建筑体量使其融于环境,并结合整体建筑立面水平线条和花池,使得建筑更加生态,且具有良好的景观视野。

To preserve the natural surroundings and minimize excavation damage, the project terraces the site into multiple levels. Vertical retaining walls and strategically placed slopes cushion the impact between the terrain and the buildings. The overall plan adapts to the terrain, with set-back slabs running parallel to the contour line and teaching buildings oriented vertically to the contour line. The retaining walls, though man-made, are covered with greenery, blending seamlessly with the mountain. The construction is intentionally understated, allowing it to integrate well with the environment. Horizontal lines on the facade and flower beds add ecological beauty to the building, making it more scenic.

The campus features a multi-dimensional, park-like design with pathways weaving through activity spaces at different elevations
从主入口广场到中心集会庭院,校园动线好似参观一座山地公园,在“上山”路径上相继经过 7 个不同标高的庭院空间,为学生提供弹性多样的室外活动场所。同时,这些庭院也带来了独特的景观体验,让学生们在步移景异的漫步中感受大自然的美好。

A pathway runs from the main entrance square to the central courtyard for gatherings. Walking along the pathway feels like a tour through a mountain park, passing through seven courtyard spaces at varying heights, which offer students diverse areas for outdoor activities. These courtyards provide unique sightseeing experiences, with each step revealing a different scene. Strolling through the campus, students will be immersed in the magic of nature.

项目意在营造亲近自然的教学体验空间。人行主入口结合市政道路转角,设计较大的入口接送广场,并提供了无风雨的休憩等候空间。
The project aims to create a space for teaching and getting close to nature. The main pedestrian entrance, connected to the municipal road corner, features a spacious pick-up and drop-off plaza with sheltered waiting areas.

通过入口景观大台阶逐级而上,来到了不同标高的“伴山叠院”及架空活动层,主要布置专业教室,社团活动室,作为师生日常教学、交流的活动场所。
Ascending through landscaping steps, one reaches the “Mountain Accompanied Courtyards” and elevated activity spaces at different levels. They are set for specialized classrooms and club activity rooms for daily teaching and teacher-student communication.

漫游路径,日照充足,曲径通幽,同时也作为消防车道,一直延续到“山顶”集会广场。这里是师生聚集、演出、校庆等活动的开放空间,体育馆、报告厅、图书馆、食堂也集中布置在附近。此外,项目还设计了多座垂直景观楼梯、电梯,方便师生到达不同标高的教学楼、屋顶及运动场。
The meandering path, bathed in sunlight and serving as a fire lane, leads to the gathering plaza on the mountaintop. The plaza is an open space for gatherings, performances, and celebrations, with the gymnasium, auditorium, library, and cafeteria located nearby. Additionally, landscaping stairs and sightseeing elevators are designed to facilitate access to teaching buildings, rooftops, and sports fields at different elevations.

地表加厚,将正负零抬高到 10 米,创造功能高度复合的垂直校园
Thickening the Surface for Efficient Integration
The design elevates the ground floor by 10 meters, effectively “thickening” it to create a vertically integrated campus with multifunctional spaces
由于场地条件的限制,如何创造 4.4 万平方米的建筑面积是一个具有挑战性的任务。为此,方案设计借助原山地高差形成的台地,在底层嵌入一个由架空活动、车库、音乐舞蹈等功能教室组合成的大板空间,将正负零抬高了 10 米。
It is a challenge to create 44,000 square meters of building area on a constrained site. To address this, the design leverages the terraces formed by the mountain’s original height differences. A large slab space is embedded on the ground floor to accommodate elevated activity areas, parking, and specialized classrooms for music and dance, raising the ground level by 10 meters.

大板上作为校园公共活动平台,是校园实际的正负零标高,可以上消防车进行登高扑救,以解决高密校园的消防问题。板上的五栋教学楼和一栋综合楼,均在不同标高上展开,形成多维立体、丰富多样的山地校园空间体验。
The slab space functions as the public activity platform of the campus. It marks the actual ground level and is accessible to fire trucks for firefighting, ensuring safety for the densely located complexes. The five teaching buildings and one comprehensive building on the slab unfold at different elevations, forming a multidimensional and diverse campus built on a mountain.

第五立面兼顾美观和功能性,创造师生共享,安全舒适的云端乐园
A Paradise to Dream in the Clouds
The fifth facade balances aesthetics and functionality, creating a shared, safe, and comfortable paradise in the clouds for teachers and students.
考虑到本案山地校园活动场地的稀缺,无论是底层大板屋面,还是教学楼与综合楼的退台屋顶空间,都被充分利用起来,作为师生活动休憩的景观活动平台。“云顶”运动场被边坡绿化环绕,设有 200 米跑道操场和看台,为学生提供一个亲近自然的山林运动体验。大板上的彩色平台,为低幼年级就近提供趣味的户外活动场地。屋顶退台花园,拥有绝佳景观视野,同时对于周边高层社区形成良好的第五立面。

Through design strategies that integrate with the natural environment and ingeniously utilize the thickened ground floor, Qiaoxiang School, built on a mountain, emerges in the clouds and harmoniously coexists with nature. We hope that this unique environment will inspire learning, spark creativity, and foster exploration among students. Teachers and students can experience the beauty of nature and enjoy the comfort and tranquility of the cloud-top paradise.
