Project Problem Statement

The Alexandria City Hall project addresses several critical and pressing issues: the insufficient interaction and engagement between citizens and the government, the erosion of Alexandria’s identity , the unwelcoming , Poor impression of the city gate, prevalent cultural illiteracy, crime hotspots in the site, and a lack of green, open public spaces.

The Alexandria City Hall project aims to create a space that embodies and represents the city of Alexandria " The Pearl of the Mediterranean" With a monumental approach and Dynamic civic space that fosters community cohesion, cultural enrichment, and a sense of belonging, through inclusive design and transparent governance.
