SAUCONY New Store Opening

Saucony is exploring a new store concept to reinforce its re-branding as an honest, ethical, and authentic running brand.

The concept involves integrating urban running materiality into the store and refining the fixture system into smaller, sleek modular units to provide added flexibility in showcasing product technology and seasonal stories in various scales and formats.

In terms of branding, the space incorporates the shape of the Saucony river icon as a material segmentation point, adding depth and material diversity to the display.

The result is a straightforward, confident space that puts the focus on the product and its technology.

Display Platform

- Flexible display system, modular interlocking combinations

- Using the shape of the SAUCONY river icon as a material segmentation point to give the display a sense of depth and material diversity

Performance Footwear Wall

- Adjustable shoe rod displays

- LED wall as backdrop to display each product series’ technology

- 3 levels of display options to highlight either the FW technology or Seasonal Story or Runner’s recommendation.

Heritage Lifestyle Footwear Wall

- Simple and flexible wall-mounted display system

- Strong focus on Brand & Product history display

Service Counter

- This is a multi-functional service area that can serve as an information desk, cash counter, as well as a space for product customization

- To the left of the service counter, accessories for product customization can be displayed

Apparel Wall Design

- Using the flowing lines of the SAUCONY river icon as material division lines to enhance the dynamic feeling of the textured background wall

- Small modular interchangeable display units allows flexibility and many levels of display combinations
