Snow Peak 北京中关村旗舰店丨中国北京丨弘石设计

项目位于北京卫星制造厂科技园内，弘石团队有幸在完成这座“东方红一号卫星诞生地”的一体化改造后，继续在园区内主持日本顶级户外品牌 Snow Peak 旗舰店的改造工作。

The project is located within the Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory Technology Park. The Hongshi Design team is honored to continue leading the renovation work for the Flagship store of Japan’s top outdoor brand, Snow Peak, within the Satellite Park. Our team has completed the fully integrated renovation of the site—the birthplace of the Dongfanghong-1 satellite.

01 偶合·奇妙邂逅 A Wondrous Encounter: Space and Temporality

北京卫星制造厂始建于 1958 年，LOGO 象征着北极星的 Snow Peak 品牌同样创办于 1958 年。相同的时间，怀着对大自然和浩瀚星空的向往，两者穿越时空，奇妙的邂逅于此。

The Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory was established in 1958, the same year when the Snow Peak brand was founded. Coincidentally, the Snow Peak brand is represented as the North Star in its logo. With a shared longing for nature and the vast starry sky, both have transcended temporality and space to meet wonderfully here.

没有一支设计团队比我们更了解这片厂区。这次“改造内的改造”，我们希望将“空间特质”与“品牌属性”兼容并蓄，让自然游走在本真之间，让手作呈现朴拙之美。

No design team understands this factory area better than we do. For this renovation within a renovation, we aim to harmoniously bring together “spatial characteristics” with “brand attributes,” allowing a natural flow of authenticity and an aesthetics of handcrafting that’s simple and without pretense.

02剥离·去表存真

Unveil the Surface: Reveal the Essence

项目所在的 2 号厂房建于上世纪 70 年代，曾经是卫星内部精密仪器的生产车间，门店位置一度作为食堂使用，有不同时期破损与修补的痕迹。

The project is located at Factory No. 2, which was built in the 1970s. It was once a manufacturing workshop for producing intricate instruments for satellites, and at one point, the store space served as a cafeteria, bearing vestiges of damage and repairs from different time periods.

我们将原址空间斑驳的表皮层层剥离，呈现建筑水泥浇筑状态的原始底色。整个过程既像“考古发掘”、又像“开启盲盒”，需要耐心也充满惊喜。井字梁在开模浇筑时的木纹肌理被清晰的保留下来，其边棱都呈现出机械美学的 45 度倒角效果。一种至拙至美的建筑本色被呈现出来，而后再以界面剂进行表层保护。

We stripped away multiple layers of the space’s mottled surface, revealing the original base color of the concrete construction. The entire process was akin to “archaeological excavation” and “opening a blind box,” demanding patience while offering surprises. The wood grain texture from the casting mold of the crisscross beams was clearly preserved, with their edges exhibiting a 45-degree chamfer effect full of mechanical aesthetics. The raw beauty of the architecture was revealed, and the surface was subsequently protected with a layer of primer.

空间的提纯确立下老建筑特有的基调。裸露的老旧红砖与经岁月磨砺的金属勾缝水磨石铺装，共同诉说着历史记忆的碎片。开设的三个天井让自然暖光可以直射室内，调和厂房带给人的冰冷感。

The purification of the space established the unique tone of the old building. Exposed old red bricks and terrazzo flooring with metal joints that’s polished by time, collectively narrate the fragmented story of historical memories. Three newly created atriums allow natural warm light to directly illuminate the interior, softening the coldness associated with the factory.

03 并置 · 即兴自然 Juxtaposition: Natural Spontaneity

门店首层为咖啡厅与零售区。星空寰宇是卫星厂与 Snow Peak 的共情，我们在入口打造一席浩瀚苍穹下的夜幕，北极星为热爱探索未知的人指明方向，群星为每一位来客闪烁。实现方式是水泥压力背板打孔结合光纤与动态 LED，表皮覆盖胶粘石。为了体现未知自然的不预设性，所有的星光点位都由设计师与施工团队共同手作打孔完成。

The first floor of the store is the cafe and retail area. Starry Universe represents the collaboration between the satellite manufacturer and Snow Peak, creating an immersive celestial experience at the entrance. Under a vast night sky, the North Star guides those who love to explore the unknown, while the stars twinkle for every visitor. This effect is achieved using perforated cement back panels combined with fiber optics and dynamic LEDs, covered with glued stones. To embody the unpredictability of the natural world, each star point is collaboratively hand-drilled by the designers and construction team.

超过 1 吨重的自然原石与植物造景形成前场空间的户外感，咖啡吧台以裸露红砖为背景搭配锈板，局部墙体覆盖白色稻草涂料，呈现十足的工业风。不同元素的并置产生直观的风格碰撞，充满户外运动的即兴与野性。

The front space features an outdoor vibe, created by over a ton of natural rocks and plant arrangements. The coffee bar, set against a backdrop of exposed red bricks and rusted panels, has portions of the walls covered with white straw paint, exuding an industrial vibe. The juxtaposition of different elements results in a striking clash of styles, full of the spontaneity and wildness of outdoor activities.

通向二层的楼间通道保留下原生感，仅以水泥方砖配合照明设计作为装饰，红砖、混凝土、金属楼梯与铆钉门框都裹挟着原始触感，是步入另一空间的前奏。

The passageway leading to the second floor retains its original feel, decorated only with cement tiles and lighting design. Red bricks, concrete, metal stairs, and riveted door frames all carry a raw texture, serving as a prelude leading to another space.

04 手作·互为表里 Handcrafted: Redefining Exteriority / Interiority

门店一侧紧邻园区主干道，我们希望打造一面具有商业昭示性的界面。木柴是野营篝火必不可少的原料，以此为灵感，近 70 块松木原料被人工劈分为 3000 块扇形木条，垒筑起高 4 米、宽 6 米的景墙。全程通过手作完成，既是对品牌精神的致敬，也为品牌粉丝提供一个打卡合影的佳处。

The store is adjacent to the main road of the park, and we aim to create a commercially iconic facade. Firewood, an essential element of camping bonfires, inspired the design. Nearly 70 pine logs were manually split into 3,000 fan-shaped wooden strips, forming a scenic wall 4 meters high and 6 meters wide. This handcrafted process pays homage to the brand’s spirit and provides a great photo opportunity for brand fans.

景墙设计的另一意图用于增添室内的故事性，两道叠加的矩形门作为“窗中窗、景后景”，恰好围合成半私密的洽谈空间，落山的余辉会透过木料缝隙落入其间。其畔旧用的传达室被改造为视野和私密性更好的 VIP 室。

Another intention of the scenic wall design is to bring in narrative elements to the interior. Two overlapping rectangular doors act as “window within a window, scene behind a scene,” perfectly enclosing a semi-private meeting space where the setting sun’s rays filter through the gaps in the wood. Nearby, an old communication room has been transformed into a VIP room with improved views and privacy.

05 异域·火星着陆 The Exotic: Landing on Mars

门店外立面的锈板元素是卫星厂展示廊道的延续，可折叠开启的咖啡档口让室内外产生联动。外摆区特别设计有黑沙坑，为来到园区的孩子们提供娱乐空间，同时能让亲子父母有余闲品尝 Snow Peak Cafe 的醇香。

The rusted panel elements on the store’s exterior facade continue the design of the satellite manufacturer’s exhibition corridor. The collapsible coffee kiosk creates an interactive flow between the indoors and outdoors. The outdoor seating area features a specially designed black sandpit, providing a play space for children visiting the park and allowing parents to enjoy the rich flavors of Snow Peak Cafe.

二层露台带有着陆在火星的既视感，作为主材的火山岩遍及每个角落，让门店产品更为融洽的摆放其间。外摆沙坑内黑沙的选择同样源自火星的联想，犹如来自外太空的土壤。

The second-floor terrace evokes the feeling of landing on Mars, with volcanic rock as the primary element spread across every corner, creating a harmonious display for the store’s products. The choice of black sand for the outdoor sandpit also stems from the Mars-inspired theme, resembling soil from outer space.

06以时间呈现空间

Space: Presented through Temporality

有别于传统零售门店的伶俐精致感，我们在本次一体化改造中始终充满着朴拙和率性。其缘由是基于门店品牌的属性，同样也是留住厂房特质的最好方式。另者，不同于以往我们主持设计的一体化项目，本次弘石团队承担了设计、手续申报、采购和现场管理等全程工作，后续还将参与运营管理，可以视为弘石一体化设计的进阶版案例。

Choosing a different style other than the smart and refined feel of traditional retail stores, we have embraced simplicity and authenticity throughout this integrated renovation. This approach is based on the brand’s attributes and is also the best way to retain the character of the factory. Additionally, unlike previous integrated projects we have led, this time the Hongshi team oversees the entire process, including design, permit application, material procurement, and on-site management. We will also participate in operational management, making this project an advanced example of Hongshi’s integrated design.

刘慈欣在《三体》中写道：“我捧出给她的礼物，那是一小块凝固的时间，时间上有美丽的花纹。”Snow Peak 中关村旗舰店恰如一颗时间的胶囊，把凝固的历史碎片送给每一位来客。

Liu Cixin has written a beautiful poem in The Three-Body Problem, “I present her with my gift / A small piece of solidified time/ lovely markings are carved into time.” The Snow Peak flagship store in Zhongguancun is like a time capsule, presenting fragments of solidified history to every visitor.
