DEGREE THESIS: URBAN REPAIRER COSTA CAÑADA

Gender-perspective Reurbanization Project for the Costa Cañada neighborhood in the city of Cordoba, Argentina, which has the role of being an urban repairer. This project proposes a network of cooperative facilities accompanied by medium-density community housing that suggests new forms of inhabitation, respecting the existing natural system, the intangible elements that compose the social and existing traces of the neighborhood.

New modes of communal and cooperative living are being proposed, where human dwellings are shared in public spaces, promoting urbanism and architecture that incorporates a gender perspective. This living arrangement is organized through a network of facilities accessible to the community.
