Located on Tomales Bay in Northern California, this luxury hotel has a long history as a seaside resort. The hotel has 45 rooms and suites, an artsy reception lounge and restaurant, inspired by the natural landscape, all Spaces are made of local materials, and the reception lounge creates a delightful rustic camping scene. With the pioneering spirit of radio inventor Guglielmo Marconi at its core, Home Studios wanted to create an authentic, youthful resort with a modern twist.

This minimalist townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York, features reclaimed wide wood floors, textured paint and appropriate decorative elements that perfectly reflect the individuals aesthetic. Inspired by warm French farmhouses and traditional New York Art Deco styles, the design blends vintage furniture, handmade furniture and eclectic details. Fully renovated, the upstairs is reminiscent of a European country house, while the downstairs exudes the refined charm of a vintage New York hotel lobby, while the exposed wooden beams reflect the buildings historical face.

Located in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles, the Alsace LA Boutique Hotel is designed with the history of the neighborhood as a starting point for the convenience of local residents and businesses. Centered on a lush interior courtyard and a secluded underground swimming pool, the interior is interspersed with dreamy desert landscapes that reinforce the oasis imagery. The 48 rooms in the interior provide customers with a rich and authentic, uninhibited stay experience, interpreting the free vitality of art.

Home Studios created a minimalist home for a family of four in Brooklyn, New York. The owner was a restaurant owner, and the studio was influenced by his profession with hospitality as a design principle, which ultimately influenced architectural and material decisions throughout the project. The replanned plan enhances indoor ventilation and introduces more natural light, and weaves together all the rooms in the house, including the open-plan living room, kitchen and powder room on the ground floor, and the modern games room, master bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
