西安佛坪·龙草坪康养酒店项目是将陈旧物业经专业评估后，全方位改造设计。

The Xi'an Foping Longcaoping Health Hotel project is a comprehensive renovation and design of the old property after professional evaluation.

康养酒店由2栋组成，包含五大功能区，分别是形象展示区、康养养生区、健康生活区、文化娱乐区及客房区。

The health hotel consists of 2 buildings and includes five functional areas, namely image display area, health and wellness area, healthy living area, cultural and entertainment area and guest room area.

整个康养酒店立面设计采用传统的设计语言，加建部分延续坡屋顶的立面形式，通过悬挑的屋檐与架构，增加整体建筑的度假感。

The facade design of the entire health hotel adopts traditional design language. The added part continues the facade form of the sloping roof, and the cantilevered eaves and structure increase the holiday feel of the overall building.

建筑造型朴实大方，色彩以暖色为主，采用高品质的建筑材料，全方位为老人们营造出舒适，安全，温馨的环境。达到整个建筑与外部环境协调统一的效果。

The building is simple and generous in shape, with warm colors as the main color, and uses high-quality building materials to create a comfortable, safe and warm environment for the elderly in all aspects, achieving a harmonious and unified effect between the entire building and the external environment.

1号楼功能包含膳食营养餐厅、中医理疗室、疗愈康复中心、水疗SPA会所等，可针对住客不同诉求及病症情况，制定并提供适合的餐食及康复理疗计划，共同达成预防、诊疗及保健等完整的康养服务。

The functions of Building 1 include a dietary nutrition restaurant, a Chinese medicine therapy room, a healing and rehabilitation center, a spa club, etc. It can formulate and provide suitable meals and rehabilitation therapy plans according to the different demands and medical conditions of the residents, and jointly achieve complete health care services such as prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and health care.

同时配套有棋牌室、书画室、多功能娱乐室、禅修室等，为入住住客提供休闲娱乐的场所，极大的丰富入住住客的康养生活。

At the same time, it is equipped with chess and card rooms, calligraphy and painting rooms, multi-functional entertainment rooms, meditation rooms, etc., providing places for leisure and entertainment for the guests, greatly enriching the health and wellness life of the guests.

整个2号楼内部环境均以简约舒适，明亮温馨为主调性。所有房间均采用专业适老无高差空间设计、全屋定制适老家具、配备安全适老卫浴等，同时为充分保证长者的安全，全区域覆盖有监控系统、一键呼叫系统、公共广播等智能化设备。

The interior environment of the entire Building 2 is simple, comfortable, bright and warm. All rooms are designed with professional elderly-friendly space without height difference, customized elderly-friendly furniture, and equipped with safe elderly-friendly bathrooms. At the same time, in order to fully ensure the safety of the elderly, the entire area is covered with intelligent equipment such as monitoring systems, one-button call systems, and public broadcasting.

项目还可与即将开发的长角坝康养社区联合打造，通过产业资源优势互补，形成虹吸效应，成为佛坪康养的城市名片。

Changjiaoba Health and Wellness Community is 10.5 kilometers away from this project. It will be built into the first continuous care health and wellness community in Foping.
